I scheduled a repair with Dan, and they never showed up. We rescheduled for another day, and he changed the time frame to one that didn't work with me. They were not even apologetic. Extremely unprofessional.

We had an excellent experience cleaning up and refinishing our master bath. Dan was quick with an estimate and Hector and the crew showed up the next day. We were so pleased with the outcome. It looks as good as the day they installed it. We could not be more pleased. The crew was great and left ZERO mess.

Marble Doctor did a great job and our counter tops are almost like new.

Everything went extremely well.  I had a free estimate and then a 2-man crew arrived and worked for 5 hours to restore our badly worn counter to a new condition.  The light sanding causes dust but the crew erected a plastic barrier to contain the dust and cleaned up afterwards.  The counters were buffed to a high polish.  The foreman checked on them during and after the job.  The owner was in the general area and stopped by and inspected the work.  They have great pride in their service.

Sure enough after following Mr Bivens instructions...two days later the stain was completely gone. Now I will be cleaning and sealing the rest on my own. Mr Bivens could have easily just told me the cost for them to do the work and left but he did not. This speaks volumes to his and the company's integrity and professionalism. Marble Doctor will be the only phone call I will make should I have any other natural stone problems.

While many companies clean the inside of a fireplace, it's very hard to find anyone who actually cleans the exterior fireplace stones. I researched doing the job myself and read that it's pretty common to ruin the stones if you don't know what you're doing.  I contacted Marble Doctor, sent them a couple of pictures of the fireplace and its dimensions and they quoted a price. They advised that  the process took two days--one to clean the fireplace and give it 24 hours to dry and the second day to apply the polish. They came on time both days, were professional courteous and knew what they were doing. The process on both days took less time than they originally thought it might. I thought i wanted a wet looking polish, and they advised against it since you could see the chimney through skylights and it would look strange to have half of the chimney treated with the wet looking polish. (this isn't a process that is done outside the house). I was glad I took their advice and the chimney is beautiful--I have gotten many compliments on it. I highly recommend Marble Doctors and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

great job, great advice, great price.

They took steps to protect the house before starting the project. Proceded to perform the work. Asked that the work be inspected. When it was not the finish I had expected, it was matte and I was expecting it to have a slight sheen. In fairness, it was as was written in the contract, but when I saw it, I knew I would not be happy with it. Marbel Doctor came up a solution and tried it on one tile. I agreed and they reworked the floor in one of the rooms. We are so pleased with the end result. When small items were noticed in the other room, they scheduled a followup visit and made it right. They were very easy to work with. We will definitley use them again. We could not be more please with the results and the service.

Excellent job by marble doctor. Start to finish their folks answering the phones, setting up appointments, and managing the process were beyond courteous. All employees we found to be helpful and cheerful. Services were performed in a timely manner. Jose Diaz was our service professional. He was punctual, polite, and did a beautiful job. These guys were a safe bet for us. The brand new vanity that I messed up is now restored to its original beauty. I'm so grateful. This has saved my family a huge hassle and expense.

They arrived on time worked efficiently and were of professional demeanor. They are coming next week to refinish a marble master bath floor, tub surround and the long counter with two sinks. They will also repair a marble vanity top which has gotten spotted. They will clean, polish and seal granite kitchen island. They did such a good job on the foyer last year I decided to have them do some other work which is not as much in need this year.

The first visit didn't go so well. The two guys left the counter clean and sealed, but the chip filling looked like dried putty, not part of the slab, and underneath the counter was rough, dried fill. They had to come back to finish the work outside, and I didn't complain about the counter, since it wasn't horrible, just disappointing.
HERE'S WHAT HAPPENED THAT EARNED THE A:
The two men who came for the rest of the work were different. Jose happened to come inside the house and looked at the work the other crew did and went ahead and REDID IT. He spent a long time and left it looking like a new slab -- I can't even detect the chips. He is truly an artisan who takes pride in his work. He went on to fix the cracks and the urn, which was particularly tricky. He spent hours restoring it, and though it clearly has been repaired, it looks beautiful once more.

They arrived on time and spent a few hours conducting the work with great attention to detail. They protected adjacent furniture from dust or splatter. The 10 year old counter looks like new. A job well done.
