They did a wonderful job. Joe and Sam are great to deal with. They go the extra mile to do a good job.

As advertised. Scheduled an appt and car delivered back when promised. My only issue; and this is a silver car, which I know is extremely hard to match, is a very slight variation in the door color that is only noticeable under certain light. The repair on the fiberglass bumper is perfect and I can't see any variation in the bumper color. I would use again

The work ended up being more complicated than anticipated and took a day longer than expected, but Sam and the staff were able to stick to the originally estimated price! Also, they stayed open just a bit longer than normal so that I had time to get back after returning my rental car up the street.

Great. Walked in to schedule an estimate and technician was able to look at hood at once. Recommended service and scheduled appointment at same time. Returned the car for work which was fast and professionally done ahead of schedule. This was much different and much more efficient than another shop which wanted me to return for an estimate and return again for the work.

Joe and the crew of Maaco in Chantilly are top notch.  From the start I would say I was apprehensive.  I havent had a car painted since I was 18 and all the stories you hear from coworkers about their experiences left me up in the air on what I might encounter.  I checked several social media sites and saw that the Maaco in Chantilly had a lot of good feedback and happy customers.

I worked with Joe and his crew to get my Tacoma painted a new color and they also detailed the vehicle.  From start to finish I had a real good experience with them.  The paint job was well done and any small issues I had they addressed without question or comment.  Schedule wise if there was an issue Joe called or e-mailed to let me know what the status was.  In the end I am happy with the results and would use their shop again for my son's older car.

Professional and excellent work. Sam and his team are top notch. Would trust them with any of my cars.

Have a 20 year car with some small scratches and fading paint. But I love my car so I went to Maaco. Met with Sam, he seemed to take a personal interest in my car. We discussed the painting process and of course the cost. Sam asked me if I was going to keep my car and what I wanted. My answer of course, keep the car and I wanted it to look perfect! Now it does, they worked magic on my car. my friends think I have a new car. the results were better than expected and I'm so happy driving around in my perfect car!

Took an 88 GMC Jimmy to get a fresh new look, we ran in to a couple hurdles as expected with a truck of this age. I have to say, Sam was not only very helpful and professional, he genuinely cared and did everything to make sure I was happy. The customer service he provided was honestly, unexpected and second to none. Sam went above and beyond and now has a customer for life. I highly recommend Sam and his shop.

I spoke with the mgr/owner about the jog,.  While not terribly involved, as it was only a deep clear coat scratch, the price was very fair.  I was out of town and my son picked up the vehicle.  Once I returned, I noticed a spot that needed to be rubbed out.  I took it back and within minutes they fixed to my satisfaction.

Sam did an excellent job in removing scratches from my car and it looks like new again.  I have had other work done by Maaco Auto Body & Paint Of Chantilly and Sam and his staff did a wonderful job of repairing and painting my car.  They are honest, professional and they are completely customer focused.  I have recommended Maaco Auto Body & Paint Of Chantilly to my friends and they deserve high marks for the work they do.  Sam and his staff not only work with customers, they also treta them like family and I appreciate all that they do.

Joe and Sam were excellent to work with and they ensured that my car was repaired on time and in a quality manner.  The work was done spot-on and the new clear coat paint matched perfectly to the old paint.  Joe and Sam were also honest with me about the costs and they worked to keep my overall expenes to a reasonable level.

After the first time the paint job looked good but there was a color match difference. The did the painting again and this time it was fine. The car is not 4-5 years older, but paint is holding well.

The service and professionalism was excellent.  The Maaco advertisement for a $300 paint job is only for a basic factory-style coat of paint that is only expected to last a few years - no sealant here.  The prices go up from there and are not cheap.  I opted for the second highest cost paint job because I plan to keep this truck for many years.  Wasn't expecting $1,000+, but the warranty is good and the sealant is best.  The highest quality paint job is for race cars, collector cars and such.

They completed the job as quoted. Very happy with the work done. Professional staff.

He was surprised, because he had taken it for a minor repair else where, and they didn't match the paint, while Maaco matched the paint beautifully. The price quoted was lower than the price quoted at the other shop. My husband was really happy, and he is very particular, and so I would say Maaco get top grade.He has a Toyota Hybrid, and it is sort of a strange green, and it is hard to match, and he was very happy that they matched it exactly. He would have complained terribly if they hadn't. The job was done in two days. It couldn't have been better.

The passenger side bumper on my civic was coming off and they installed it. The price was right and the quality of the workmanship was good. They came in slight;y above estimate but not by much

The paint and clear coat on my 2004 Volvo S60R got oxidized by snow left on it, and the black rubberized plastic body moldings had faded horribly.  After getting very high estimates from several other shops, and despite Maaco having a very inconsistent reputation nationwide, I thought I'd see what kind of an estimate and what kind of quality I could get from the Maaco in Chantilly.  I noticed that the reviews online for this specific Maaco were pretty solid.  The estimate to repaint the entire car was considerably less than what the other body shops wanted just to repaint the hood, trunk and roof.  I also looked over the quality of some of the cars that they had just finished.  The manager of this Maaco even showed me a car that they were getting ready to strip/repaint had been sent to him after another company botched the job, pointing out runs, overspray and various other problems.  I contrasted that with a few of the other cars waiting to be picked up, and felt comfortable with the quality and professionalism of the shop.  I scheduled a time to drop off my car.
When I picked it up a few days later, it looked brand new, and continues to look that way 8 months later.  I've been very happy with the quality of the work done.  I wish I could remember the name of the manager - he really made me confident of the workmanship.  He was short, had dark hair, and I think tattoos on his forearms.
The one hiccup was that the car wasn't ready on time.  They had to keep it an extra day, which meant that I had to extend my rental car for an extra day.  All things considered, though, it was a very good experience.

Brought car in on Presidents Day Monday and was completed by Wednesday - Overall my experience was excellent.

They were priced competitive with the other people.  Their location was convenient for me.  The car looks fine now.  When they were done, they could have cleaned up better.  They left dirty finger prints over the interior where they were doing the work.
