What a great experience from start to finish. Shane our sales rep was responsive and showed up on time. The quote I received was professorial and competitively priced outlining all the work I requested. They have great roofing options to choose from. The day of the install they sent out a 13 man crew and knocked out my 3,200Sqft roof in one day. They worked with me to put up the trim and flashing as I requested and any mistakes they made where quick to correct. They used the best materials (synthetic fabric, ice and water guard) on my application and installed them like prose. Very little clean up was needed at the end and they did multiple sweeps with a magnet and trashcan to get every scrap that may have landed on the ground. They also brought in their own QA/QC inspector and had fixed a few gutter hangers that came off during the installation of the roof. As a GC I feel this would be a roofing company I would partner with again and highly recommend any homeowners consider them for their project as well.

Liberty home remodeling repaired the front half of my roof after it was damaged in the March 2018 high wind event. After dealing with our insurer, Liberty worked with us to get a fair price on the cost of the repair of our roof. Omar at Liberty was our point of contact and he was respectful and pleasant to work with. We would recommend Liberty Home Remodeling to friends in the future.

After the March 2018 storm, I had a contractor who told me that my insurance would not approve me for entire roof replacement due to the small damage by wind. But with the Liberty Home Remodeling team Mr. Omar very patiently explained all of the process with very reasonable prices, and also worked with my insurance company. The customer service by Ms. Roula was also excellent. Last week, they did a great job on my entire roof within a timely manner. It looks beautiful. Excellent. Omar was very helpful as he came several times to be with the insurance inspector and went to bat for us when the adjuster missed some important elements of the damage. Truly above and beyond what we anticipated from the usual contractor. The work was on time and done correctly. We would only think of LHR for any future work of this nature. We had one of the worst wind storms I’ve ever seen in our area. Lost power for nearly 5 days and our roof was destroyed. Omar at Liberty HR was recommended to us. They used premium quality product, above and beyond customer service, excellent cleaning process, finished in one day and very reasonably price. I am happy to say that Liberty Home Remodeling continues to provide excellent service and great prices. I used them a few years ago for several exterior home upgrades. When I contacted them for siding repairs at my house they did it quickly and it looks great. I recommend them to everyone.

Everything went well. They took care of all the insurance paperwork.

So far went well. They have been very professional keeping us up to date. We are on a schedule too be done soon. Everything is on time.

The service was great overall. Had to call and initiate updates on my own and the no one in the crew that did the work spoke english well, so was difficult to communicate. I was able to contact my sales representative and he was able to relay the information to a foreman, who called the crew. Still very difficult process to ask a simple question.

I just finished the assessment and picked out the roofing materials. Chase has been very professional and responsive to all of my questions and needs. My roof has a leak and he tarped the area to prevent water damage until the roof is replaced. I'll provide an update once the work is completed.

The first visit went well on time. They fixed more than we expected, like the screens. They completed the roof in one day. Then nothing happened. They came by when we were @ work to collect the final payment but they had not completed the work. It took 6 months and several phone calls before the work was completed.
