Very looong process. I first followed up about 1 week after drop off. Was told they were very busy and were running 6 - 7 days behind. Asked me to check back in a few days if they did not call me (must be a joke to them). Second check in 1 week was more of same. Third check o/a 11/8/11 resulted in info that they had to get a new carb from depot and that it had just arrived. They would call me when it was ready. I did not hear from them so on 11/14/11 I called. Hooray it was ready. Why no call?
