Had an excellent experience with KOAM Appliance Repair. Gina in the office was professional and was considerate enough to squeeze us into an already packed day. The technician who came out to repair our dishwasher went above and beyond to solve the problem and hopefully ensure it doesn’t happen again. The price was fair and there were no surprises. They will definitely be our go to repair service from now on.

Another appliance technician actually pointed me to KOAM because they no longer serviced LG appliances. And man, I'm glad he did. Our fridge was out and we needed it fixed. Went from a broken fridge to same-day service in a couple hours. All under warranty as well. Another bad LG compressor situation I guess! The work was done in about an hour and the technician was courteous, let us know what was wrong and what he was doing. Everything was great. Thanks, KOAM!

Our LG fridge needed a new compressor. Within an hour, Gina had a repairman come out and within another hour, the compressor was replaced. This has been one of the best service experiences I have had -- quick and so professional. Thank you KOAM!

I'm impressed with KOAM's customer service. I called them because our 11-year-old LG clothes washer just started making terrible mechanical sounds. Office Manager Gina Lee said they could come diagnose the problem for a reasonable fee, but it sounded like the bearings were going bad and, if so, it wouldn't be worth repairing it. She asked me to send her a photo of any error code displayed, plus a photo of the plate with model number and serial number. I ran the machine again to watch for any error code and decided she was right - the bearings were going bad. Gina saved me the cost of a house call to diagnose the problem, and I'll proceed straight to buying a new washing machine. KOAM's expertise and professionalism is outstanding. I'll certainly call KOAM for any large appliance repairs in the future.

uh . . . great. KOAM isn't cheap but was well worth it in this case. Very professional, very dedicated to fixing the problem. They came out here and couldn't fix it with what they brought with them, said they needed to do some research and would get back to me in two days. And left without asking for any money. They called me the next days, said they had what they needed, and scheduled the second trip. He came out when he said he'd be here and worked and worked - apparently things were trickier than he thought and he had to "make" a special piece - and he did and it seems fine. Would use again and am pleased to know they service many brands.

Excellent service. Diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered a replacement control panel from the supplier. As soon as the part was received, returned and fixed the problem in a timely manner. I was very impressed with the expertise and professionalism of the technician (sorry, did not get his name). I was also extremely impressed with the customer service rep (Gina Lee). Throughout the process, she kept me informed of the status of the repair. Also let me know when the technician would be a our home for each of the two visits required for the repair -- and the schedule was followed exactly. Very impressive company. Will use KOAM for my future repair needs.

Got KOAM's name as an authorized repair facility from Samsung, then found them on Angie's list and messaged them that way. Response was immediate and we had everything scheduled and parts ordered within an hour or two. They came out the day after the part was available, kept us updated on arrival time and showed up within a few minutes of when they said they would. Technician (James) was polite, professional, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly and accurately. Everything works now, just as expected. Very refreshing to find an appliance repair company that knows what to do and does it right the first time, quickly and professionally. Great job.

Repair was exactly as I expected. When I called initially, the scheduler was polite and clear and up front about pricing for their services. I was able to have someone come out the next morning. They called and let me know he was on the way (and he was even early). Technician was polite and professional and completed the repairs quickly. I would definitely recommend KOAM to others based on my experience.

The gentleman came quickly after the first fellow had left our refrigerator in a leaking state. He was knowledgeable and efficient -- he repaired the refrigerator in a timely fashion. Plus the cost was significantly less than the projected cost from the first repairman. This is a small business of high quality, utterly honest and very efficient.

I got an error message when trying to pre-heat the lower of my double wall ovens. The error message essentially told me to call LG. The rep there was thorough and ultimately gave me two firms that were authorized to service my unit. I called KOAM and told them the scenario - I had an error message on one oven and a loud sound coming from the fan in the other. They came out that day and came out when it was convenient to me. The company sent two techs and they spent about a half hour removing the oven from the wall, diagnosing the problem and installing a faulty thermostat on my lower oven, and re-installing the oven in the wall. They also diagnosed the problem with my upper over - the fan motor was failing - ordered a new motor and came back three days later to install the new motor. This time they were in and out in about 20 minutes and now both ovens are functioning as they should. The quick service and the flexibility in scheduling won me over!
