I met Ronald through my realtor. He performed my home inspection and was very honest about what absolutely needed to be done but answered my questions about other things that could be done. As a first-time home-buyer (and a young woman) I was so happy to have someone who was honest and straightforward, but also didn't condescend to me and try to up-sell me to do things I didn't need or want to do (though I can't think of many things he didn't do in my condo!). He offered me a flat price after the inspection to perform all the work I needed to do. It was EXTREMELY reasonable. My mother and I were pleased to the point that we were worried the work would be shoddy because the price was so low. I knew on Day 1 that was not the case. His work is thorough and beautiful. He answers the phone every time I call him and is very receptive to my ideas. I could not be happier with the service. I wish I had more projects for Ronald to do in my condo; sadly it's only a one bedroom!
