Deceptive and misleading policies. I went to this Jiffy Lube, not because of the price, because they are more expensive than most places that change oil, but because they tell everyone that they offer free and quot;top offand quot; service in-between oil changes. They make this claim making NO distinction between synthetic and conventional oil. So, when I went to get my oil checked, I was told there would be a topping off charge for synthetic oil. ($8 qt.). I asked why they didn't inform customers of that fact BEFORE or in ADVANCE of they buying their oil change... they didn't seem to think that was important.
With all the specials being offered for oil changes in Fairfax, I can't see why I would go to Jiffy Lube with this and quot;bait and abandonand quot; policy.
PS: They did, reluctantly, top off my oil, after complaining. Not to be repeated again.

Overall service was ok, except they forgot plugging in a harness. when I drove the car half mile away, and the engine check light were still on. I drove back, asked them to verify everything they touched. Once they opened the hood and found one harness were left out. Their attitude were ok. The supervisor said they would train the technician better and quality manager had some faults too.

They did a great job with the oil change. They finished very quickly and I had to wait almost no time to get my car back. They were very friendly and professional and the whole experience was very pleasant. I didn t knew what to expect from these guys I just used them because they were close by but they were excellent.
