We were assigned Iced Flame by our home warranty company; we did not choose them and, if you have a choice, neither should you. Iced Flame was assigned to fix an HVAC unit that stopped working. Despite two trips and two techs per trip, they missed the problem entirely. They claimed the issue was a frozen line, when in fact they missed that the entire coil was broken and needs to be replaced. As a result of their incompetence, I am several hundred dollars out of pocket to them for a “repair” that didn’t fix anything and have been without reliable AC for most of the month.

I had an issue with my gas furnace. Two technicians from Iced Frame came out and diagnosed that the issue with the gas valve. They replaced the gas valve with a new one that they had in their truck. This resolved the issue.

Kaye was very helpful. Not only was he able to come out quickly, he also took the time to explain what he was doing and did not try to oversell me on services I didnt need. Parts were burnt out on the AC unit. Parts replaced and unit functional again. Kaye was the first of four companies to respond and was here in less than 24 hours. His price was exceptional to the other three. He showed up in his mask, opened the unit and showed me the burnt up parts. Thankfully, he had all components and replaced and repaired immediately. I would without hesitation recommend Kaye to others as I would also utilize his services again. SW

My unit was not cooling the house , it was running all the time but no results , long story short , Kaye came in and he pointed the problem in spot which other contractors who I I had couldn’t even get close to the cause , Kaye was polite , right into the job and very knowledgeable who could simplify the issue explained . I really recommend this fellow to anyone out there . That much I’m happy about the job he did .
