My A/C was not cooling. I called Hart’s, and he was able to come the same day. He fixed a part and added coolant. I had a good experience and would use them again.

Great he came out to troubleshoot but it was shot (mind you it was 20 years old) he ordered a new once unfortunately it was out of stock but they expedited it and had it installed 2 days later

They left the area very clean. It took about 5 hours to complete the work. There were 3 workers that came out. The workers were nice and courteous.

Have been using Jason and his crew twice a year for winter and spring checkups. A friend recommended them over 10 years ago and so glad. They are punctual, professional, friendly and also explain the service performed and anything else I need to know. I appreciate using a small local business that always does top notch work at a reasonable price.

Jason is the best. Fit us in, diagnosed problem, gave us recommendations and a referral if we decided to take an option that he wasn't able to provide. Jason was very professional and honest with us on the repairs. We decided to go with our current vendor and the support contract we had.

I have been using Hart Heating and Cooling for several years. Jason and Amy are professional hard working people who really care about their customers and do all they can to ensure the service provided is timely and complete. As you can imagine they are very busy in the summer with many breaking A/C units, but they work long hours in very hot conditions (mostly attics) to get the job done. I recently sold my house and had Jason out to repair an item from the home inspection report. It turned out what the inspector said needed replaced was in perfect working order, so since I had already paid for the service call Jason spent the time checking the system, freon levels, cleaned the filters, checked units, etc on both of my units. I didnt ask for this, but since he is a professional and takes pride in the work he does he wanted to make sure that the units were in complete working order before I turned them over to the new owners. I imagine many other HVAC people would have collected their service fee and left, but as he always did Jason gave me value for my money and I am happy to recomned him to others.

Jason and his helper were professional, courteous, and friendly. Jason pateintly answered all of my questions. Amy that handles scheduling was also professional, courteous, and friendly.

I highly recommend Hart's Heating and A/C. This is a small family run business. Basically, it's Jason Hart himself and his sister and other family members run the office, etc. He is very competent and honest. Prices are competitive.
So what happens if Jason cannot be available (sick, vacation)? He has some kind of mutual agreement with other HVAC guys. Happened once to me. Not a real emergency; just wanted my A/C checked. But since Jason could not make it that day, he sent to other guys and were super as well.
