Green Pest Services

I'm assuming it went great. I've been using Green Pest for years! Why? Because they are AWESOME!!! I spend a lot of my time out of town right now so I'm not really at my home in Centreville. But, I know for sure I'm being taken care of, and if I see even one ant, I know all I have to do is call them up and they will be there, no problem. Hands down they are the best pest control company out there!

Not well. I explained that we had chickens in our backyard and that they had attracted rats and that we had a shed the rats were living under and that we needed the rats exterminated and advice and help with what we could do to keep the situation under control. They asked us about spraying for insects and I said, no, all I wanted was rodent control service and guidance. They said ok and sent someone out. All I received were 2 black locked rodent boxes with poison and a contract for them to come back quarterly after an initial 1 month checkin. No guidance. I paid $225 for this. I could buy those boxes and the poison for less than $30. Unfortunately I did not immediately contact them to let them know I was unhappy. I got busy. After thinking about it for a few weeks, I contacted them. They sent another technician a few days later who admitted that those boxes are all they do for rodents that aren't inside of structures. They usually work inside of structures, not in yards. He said they would give me a refund, but when I called the office, they refused. They did end my contract and didn't charge me a cancellation fee, but I am very dissatisfied. I was very clear what I wanted with the sales person and they didn't say, this isn't really what our services are for. They should have been more clear about exactly what they would do on the phone and they were not. I'm very disappointed. I must say that both technicians were very nice and both arrived right at the start of the appointed time window after a call telling me they would be arriving soon. Nice technicians, bad sales and management as far as I can tell.

Came to door solicitating services, which I did not appreciate.

Treatment ineffective. Supervisor was supposed to come to our house and didn't show up and didn't call.

My wife got them and she thought we had a pest problem and we generally have less pest but on the other hand I'm not convince they are doing everything that they could or if that's necessary. Their friendly and they come back automatically  and if we see them we talk to them and we asked them things and how to get them. They go round spray out the outside of the house that's what they do, whether that's effective or needed or not I don't know that's the problem. I guess maybe being able to tell us a little bit better what they are doing  and giving us a way to measure what they have accomplished.

They treated our home with a non posinious minty smelling spray and we have had no problem with ants. It was very enviromentally safe for our cats to be in the area we are very pleased witht he service

I've had the quarterly service contract with Green Pest Services for about 2 years now.  Since I've had the service there has been a noticeable decrease in the number of spiders, ants, stink bugs, etc. that I'd find in and around the house.  
I can't really comment on the price (compared to other firms), but I'm satisfied with what I'm paying for the service provided.
