- On May 5, 2012 I purchased a treadmill from Fitness Resource in Chantilly, Virginia for approximately $1775. This was charged to my credit card that day. The employee told me that I would receive the treadmill in one week. It is now 10 weeks later and I still do not have the treadmill. On June 1, I complained and was sent a broken loaner treadmill and was credited $199 for delivery. On June 18 I contacted the store and the employee told me I would receive the treadmill the next week. On July 9, I attempted to contact the corporate headquarters which did not answer the phone. No one has returned my call. On July 11, I visited the store to ask where my new treadmill was. The store employee told me to dispute the charge through my credit card company. He explained that many customers were in the same situation -- paid for equipment but it was never delivered.
