I recommend brining your vehicle to the facility. It took them one day and they left the vehicle very clean. The workers were very good.

They did a 50,000 mile checkup where they replaced a lot of belts and fluids and all that kind of stuff. So it was like $1200 before I got out and there was nothing wrong with the turn signal. They couldn't find anything wrong with the heat. Those have been working fine since but I was having problems with them before. One time my clock wasn't working in the jeep and they told me that it had been fixed. And then, when I got in the jeep and I was driving home, I noticed the time was still incorrect. So I went right back to the dealership and asked them what was going on and then they said my clock couldn't be fixed. Their responsiveness is good.

I would use them for service but not purchased. The salesman rep seemed preoccupied and did not want to sell me a car. The sales manager accused me of lying about the value of my car on the treading which I got off Kelly bluebook and he told me I was crazy.

General manager was extremely helpful. There was alot of nuances and complications to the deal many of them being my fault. They dont staff enough finance people so the line is several hours long. The waiting is by far the most ridiculous part. We waited five hours for a finance person after deal was done. Some of the sales people legit want to make u happy. The play area for kids was fun.

I purchased the car from them in April of last year. I've used them for 10 years. Because of the service I got, my mother also uses them. They're one of the best dealerships that I've been used to.

Car Broke down on Christmas day. Car would not start even with Jump from car service. contacted this dealer service dept at 6:00 AM on the 26th and was given priority service. Had AAA towing deliver car at 7:00Am and car was repaired by 8:30. Repair was bad started cable and I was very relieved as dealer could have charged for a replacement Starter motor. This experience gives the service dept high marks for integrity of fixing the actual problem Vs over charging for the problem. This dealership wins high marks for for trust in good service, even for out of towners.

Not a good experience.
I was having problems with my car's transmission so I made an appointment for service. I was asked what time I'd be dropping the car off and I told them I'd drop it the night before if they could fit me in first thing in the morning. They agreed, so I did. I told them I wanted the oil changed, scheduled maintenance, my transmission reviewed, and a new key for the car (I wanted an extra).
The next day I had heard nothing by 1:00PM so I called and a woman told me my service advisor was at lunch but she'd make sure he'd call me "soon." By 2:00PM I'd heard nothing, so I called back. The same woman apologized and promised me I'd get a call with an update right away. By 2:30 I got a call and was told that my car had "just gone in" even though I had scheduled so it could get looked at first thing in the morning (so why did I bother taking it early and renting a car and paying for it?)
An hour later I was called back and told my transmission had some error codes they did not understand, and there was no way it would be done that day. I was promised to be called the next day with an update.
The next day was a Friday, and I didn't hear a thing.
I finally heard back and gave permission for all the work to be done.
Yesterday (almost a week later) I finally picked up the car. I called ahead to pay since I needed to get in and out and I was in a rush. The place had a single cashier and she was swamped. So even though I'd already paid by credit card, I had to waste 10 minutes in line just waiting to pick up my key and sign a piece of paper.
Finally, my new key was missing, well, the key part. It was just the fob. Neither the cashier nor another service manager were able to explain why.
My service manager called me to tell me that the key is not included in the key FOB, it's a separate purchase. So when I asked for a new key and to have it programmed, nobody informed me and nobody suggested that a key is not part of, well, a key. So he suggested (I can't tell if he was joking) that I take the car back and they could cut a key for me.
Really? After I wasted almost a week for them to get their act together (after they failed to keep my appointment, after they could not figure out what codes on my transmission meant for more than 24 hours, after I'd paid for several days of car rental, they want to make things right by having me take the car back in? Other dealers for other cars have been able to cut keys from master codes, but that, apparently, is beyond these guys.
What they did, they did well and their price is fair. But that's not enough for me. I need a service facility that will respect my time and act professionally. Heck, I'm even willing to pay a premium for that but, sadly, that's not to be had at this dealer's facility.
NEVER, NEVER, NEVER again.

It is sometimes nice to go to the dealership, but you really learn not to in the long run. I had a basic service and it took all day to do the basics. The worst part was asking for a detailed car wash and being charged an arm and a leg.

Having previously spoken with Internet sales (Bonnie), I had a 1pm appointment. I arrived at the dealership ready to purchase a fully loaded Jeep GC. We simply needed to work out color and cost. After 2.5 hours of back and forth, I finally left having never moved past the color aspect.
Our sales person had another appointment arrive during our visit and was attempting (poorly) to juggle 2 sales
concurrently. While folks were nice, the entire process was very disorganized -- no one knew what they had on the lot -- they couldn't find keys to the vehicles -- no sense of urgency etc.
Again, I arrived ready to purchase. 2.5 hours is more than enough to be most of the way through the process. I guess these folks expect you to spent your entire Sunday sitting and waiting for them to have the time to assist you. They lost out on a sale. We are now working with Leesburg Jeep to see if they are any better.

I knew they were knowledgeable and I didn't have any doubt. Because they are ASE certified, if I had any problems, even if that would cost any amount of money, I know they would take care of it.

They were reasonable and honest; when they could have over-charged me for something, they said it was not the issue and it was something less.

.They did an ok job they worked great with me on trading in my car for my new Jeep. But I had to take it in becasue the clock was losing time and they said they fixed it and as soon as I left it started losing time again. I wasn't happy with their repairs.

I never walked in and out of a car dealership with a no deal on hands so fast. The staff at this dealership would act as if they are paying a lot of attention to the deal, only until you book an appointment for the test drive. When the real talk about monies start guess what  "their cars become out of stock" suddenly in split seconds while you are waiting at the dealership. So here's my experience with UN "FAIR OAKS DODGE". If you can pay attn to my time line, it makes lot of sense. 1) 12/20 - Placed online offer for a car and received automated acknowledgement.2) 12/21(1.45 PM)- Email from Mr.B saying that they are assigning Mr.S as my salesman for my biz.3) 12/21 (7.50 PM)- Mr.S emails me and provides some info abt the car and the price. ( My online offer was already overridden and started all over with the Online MSRP-Can we call it a communication gap within their dealership or a negotiation trick?)4) 12/22 (12.54 AM)--I work in late in night so was able to reply him at that time. So I sent a reminder email to Mr.S about the online offer I placed for the car.5)12/22 (10.00 AM)-- Mr.S replied back that this being Christmas weekend, he is interested to close the deal.6)12/22 (10.56 AM)-- I requested for a test drive appt same day as Mr.S seems to be very proactive.7)12/22(11.24 AM) --Confirmation email for test drive appt received. Time of Appt: 6.30 AM sameday8)12/22(6.30 PM)--I am at the dealership looking for Mr.S.9)12/22(6.32 PM)--I have a call on my cellphone from Mr.S saying that he cannot honor the appt today as the car was sold out JUST NOW.10) I asked Mr.S to meet me as I am already in the dealership. So he meets me and greets me and repeated the earlier thing and gave a namesake apology that he could not let me know about it a little earlier. What a Joke! See the responsiveness in the steps(1-7) above until the appt was booked and would you believe that the dealership should have informed me least 1 hr in advance about the car and save me a 16 mile trip?I felt this is entirely a reason to bait you to the dealership or poorly trained staff or whatever reason on earth could be. But this is not how you sell cars especially with THOSE brands who are struggling to maintain foothold in this economy. I was quite amused  that the salesman did not even offer to work with me on  any other deal. To all those Car shoppers running around NOVA area for last minute car deals, beware you experience may wary with this business.  I thought it would be worth the time spending in writing a review abt them before christmas starts!

Oil change was done as requested. However, despite the service writer's claim that the brakes were inspected, there was no indication that the wheels were even removed from the vehicle, let alone rotated. Given the existing tire wear pattern, it was OK that the tires weren't rotated. The car's windows were left open in the parking lot, allowing the interior to get wet (we arrived to pick the car up just as the rain started, so there was little effect).

I took the vehicle in for a routine oil change (that went fine) and I asked them to check the air filter and change it if it appeared dirty. They did and charged $18.85 for the air filter, $8.95 labor, and sales tax of $1.08. I will NEVER do that again. I've purchased this type of filter before on my own at an auto parts store for about $7 and it takes 30 seconds to replace.
