Erin's Marble & Granite

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Great customer service and fantastic choices for granite and quartzite. Our kitchen and bathrooms look great!

Erin's did very well. The vanity install was well done and the kitchen counter trimming achieved the desired result. The advice we got on products, the options, pricing, and overall service were all excellent.

They installed a countertop for our bath and they did a good job.  we were very happy with the work and they cleaned up after themselves.   They also hooked up the plumbing and they fixed a valve we had messed up from before.  they crew was on time and polite.

Extremely well - They came the day after we visited their facility and measured for the new counter tops.  They gave us a quote immediately  and we took about a week to decide on the granite.  Within 3 working days of getting back to them they installed the new counter tops.  They returned the next day at our request to replace the caulking between the granite and existing back splash to provide a better color match.  Very professional and excellent workmanship.

They supplied the plumber, who worked late to get the job done correctly. Very happy with the professionalism of the crew and plumber. The crew supervisor made sure we were happy before they left. Cleaned up well. Would definitely use them again.

Ben was wonderful to work with. He truly wants to make sure that you are satisfied with the finished project. His suggestions were right on target and we are thrilled with the finished product. After he did drawings and estimate, we selected the granite. Once the cabinets came in, they came to do the final measurement for granite and told us to come to the showroom to draw out exactly what piece would be the island, etc. Installation was wonderful. They arrived right on time, ripped out the cabinets, and worked on the plumbing and electrical for my new appliances. The installation went off without a hitch. Very professional team. We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen and butlers pantry! Would not hesitate to recommend Erin's Marble and Granite and i got the recommendation from two neighbors!

They allowed us to pay by the square foot AND the price was excellent, which is why we went with them. We were in a rush, we stopped by their shop on Saturday, had the slab picked out in a couple hours, had our room measured on Monday, and the marble installed on Friday. Having worked with several granite/marble companies, we were very happy, great price, would definitely work with again.

The staff at Erin's Marble and granite are top notch from the woman in the reception area, to the owner and the terrific craftsman who cut and placed my granite in the kitchen. It was a very exciting experience for me. I was taken into their warehouse to make a selection of the granite slab. The original granite I had selected did not match well in color to the huge slabs so I was shown other slabs. I really enjoyed seeing the slabs lifted so you could see them. I absolutely loved the granite I selected the colors are greens, grays, brown, golds with little silver flecks in it. I NEVER get tired of looking at it!! It is the highlight of my kitchen. The quality of the installation was outstanding. The staff at Erin's is very professional, customer oriented and really aim to please and that they did! I want to thank all of them for the wonderful experience!! I selected a black and gray granite for the bathroom vanity which also looked very good.

I am totally happy with the service and stone from Erin's. They did an expert job cutting a very oddly shaped piece, and did it quickly and beautifully. Even though theirs was not the lowest bid, they came highly recommended and I felt confident that they would do the best job -- and I was not disappointed! Gorgeous stone surfaces and fast service. Highly recommend.

It went beautifuly. They are very professional. And they are absolutely top caliber.

The girl who answers the phones has no people skills. When I asked for details to be related to the workers, they never were passed on. Sounded like a high school kid who does not understand customer service. They don't understand that the first point of contact is usually the phone call to their office. If that does not go well, the customer may look elsewhere. When the men arrived to install they did not introduce themselves by name they just kind of said hi we are here to install the marble. I asked them to let me know when they were finished so I could ask questions. They came downstairs and said we are done and made their way out to the truck. I thought they were leaving and said hey wait, let me look at it and ask questions. Instead of coming back upstairs they waited in their truck. When I looked at the install, everything seemed okay except the caulking. The silicone was fine in the seams, yet the while caulk on top was a sloppy bead that was smeared over my custom paint. The idea of the design was to use 1 cm higher of material on the splash back part so that I would not have to repaint anything. I had another company install granite in my kitchen and they did that part of the caulking perfectly, so I was very unhappy with this job. Since I knew there was nothing I could do about that I asked them how to care for the marble. They didn't even offer to tell me things like don't use ammonia products and just general marble care. I know granite, but had never had marble. This company is not one that stands out. Look up my name for other reviews of a granite marble installer that I really loved. I would have used another company if it were not for the fact that my decorator uses Erin's. Look elsewhere.

After selecting a very light color granite, we had an estimate prepared. Erin was cheaper (cost per square foot) than any of the other granite firms we checked with from Angie's List. Erin surprised us, when they said they could install in just a few days after are meeting.
They arrived on time, protected the floor, removed old granite, and identified a problem with the installation of the old garbage disposal (glued fitting which should have been compression clamp). They said that the old disposal could be used, but recommended that given the age (8 years) and quality, consider buying a new one. They said the plumber would install the old one or new one and there would be no difference, since installation was included. I found a much better unit at Home Depot and it was installed. They worked non-stop and finished about 4-5 hours after they arrived. The Erin team cleaned up after they were done checked out everything. The plumber came about an hour later and completed the installation of the new disposal and under sink plumbing.
All the work done by Erin was just excellent. Every piece fit perfectly and the result is beautiful. Additionally, they offered to take the large piece that was cut out for the cooktop and make two cutting boards. Those were cut and polished and I picked them up from the shop a few days later.
We were very happy with all our dealings with Erin and would use them again and recommend them to our friends.

After selecting a piece of marble from Erin's inventory, Erins marked out the area we wanted and we placed a deposit on the piece. When we were ready for that part of the remodel, we called for Erins to come and measure. At the measurment we added a bit of a twist by asking for an and quot;Sand quot; type end to the back splashes.
The fabrication and installation was perfect, complete with perfect and quot;Sand quot; endings to the backsplash.
Erins was early for both the measurement and installation. I appreciated not wasting time waiting around for the entire two hour window. The same person who measured installed which made me feel better since he had already seen our custom vanity cabinet.
All in all, an excellent experience and we will use Erins again for our kitchen.

This is my second time buying from them and I have referred 3 others to them in the past year. Here is what I like about them:
1.They have a great selection of granite at what I think are competative prices. I like something a little different and they had
lots for me to choose from.
2. Every single person I have worked with there is professional and knowledgable.
3. They set up appointments quickly and come when they say they'll be there.
4. They are accomodating with schedules, changes, etc. When I went back to drop off my sink, I selected a different granite at a
different price point and it was no problem.
5. Their work is very high quality from the way they match up the edges with the trim pieces, to the precision of the cuts, to the
way they attach the granite, finish it, AND clean up after themselves.
Several months ago I bought granite for my laundry room which was a more complicated installation and they were very helpful with the design. I would definitely recommend them to my best friend (and have)!!

We were moving into a new house and the previous owners had ... unusual taste. The counter tops in the kitchen were teal laminent. Not exactly our taste, so we followed our real estate agent's recommendation and stopped in at Erin's. Our job had some minor complexities to it: First, since we did not yet own the property we had to choose materials and colors based on memories and fuzzy realtor photos. Second, we wanted the work done before we moved in, so there was a tight time frame. Third, we were installing new hardwood floors and had not picked out a color.

Our original thought was to go with a darker, more solid color, but the folks in the show room pointed us away from that since this is difficult to keep clean looking and might not have looked good in that kitchen. They guided us to a lighter granite with several different colors within it. We really liked it so we went with their recommendation.

The results were great.

The installation: the two-man team arrived a little early and had the teal laminent out in a couple of minutes with minimal mess. They took their time laying in the new granite, really crafted it. I was a little worried about the damage removing the old counters did, but they patched with caulk and it looks fine. The only gripe I have is that I arranged for their plumbing sub to come in and hook up the disposal, dishwasher, and new faucet. He did a fine job, but was 3 hours late. He did great work, essentially redesigning everything under the sink, once he arrived, but he wasn't finished until after seven pm. No leaks, no errors and that is the most important thing.

It looks great. The granite they recommended looks like it should been there all along. Somehow, from those realtor pictures, they recommended a stone that matched beautifully. It will even go great with the floors we picked out. It changed the entire kitchen / family room from borderline tacky to elegant.

I highly recommend this company. They did great work, cleaned up after themselves, worked within our schedule, offered a great product, and were professional all around.

Everything went very well. Erins came out to measure and we later went ot their shop to mark the part of the marble piece that we wanted. The piece was cut as requested and installed without a hitch. They were very punctual and courteous and the installation was done professionally
