We have used this company for over 10 years.    Mike who runs their office is one of the nicest people you will ever deal with.  Quality work for very fair prices.    Never any high pressure to add work you don't need done.  I am moving out of the area and will miss having Elite as my lawn care provider.

In the weed-choked,overgrown garden, Elite accomplished more in an hour than we accomplished in the last five years. As for the lawn, in less than a month they had it looking better than it has looked in years. Eliminated most of the weeds, and greatly reduced the number of violets throughout the yard. Also filled in several bare patches formerly occupied by weeds. All in all, an amazing transformation in a few short weeks.

He is extremely attentive to the property.  He lets you know what it going on, is very caring and informative. .  He really goes the extra mile, and his prices are very reasonable.

They are reliable and have met with the owners who are pleasant. They are very organized. They also do leaf removal too.

It took several tries to get this company to do what we contracted them to do.  And, I was accused of constantly "changing" what I wanted, which couldn't have been further from the truth.  I just wanted what I had contracted them to do done properly.  They are not a company that focuses on details in the slightest.  Regarding their professionalism, it was not great.  Bob was not very friendly, which I don't really care about.  I'm not trying to get a friend out of this, but when he doesn't greet me professionally or otherwise when he shows up, that's not cool.  For example, the day they showed up to start the work, he complained to me (without so much as a hello) that we had installed a new fence w/o telling him and that his machines wouldn't fit through the gate.  The new gate, however, was wider than the old.  Again, this wouldn't have bothered me if the work was done properly.  It wasn't until they came back multiple times.  Little things like leaving landscaping spikes in the ground where they took out landscaping timbers.  Also they left a 4"x4" post hole that was about 1.5 feet deep without filling it in.  Not great when you have a toddler running around the yard.  Also, we contracted them to remove the scalloped landscaping concrete borders.  They tossed them behind the shed.  When I called to have them removed, I was given some nasty attitude.  Removing these pieces, however, was specifically spelled out in the contract.  We're still looking for a decent landscaping company.  If you are, too, I would avoid Elite.

We contacted them and they seemed eager for the job and gave us a quote pretty quickly..  but once we paid the 1/2 deposit they took FOREVER to contact us back, then when they came to do the work they had misinterpreted some of the aspects of the work to be done so they delayed even further when having to reorder plants.    We also scheduled them to do lawn over-seeding to repair fire damage done to our lawn.  We agreed to the quote and decided the work would occur in the fall.  Well Fall is here and we haven't been contacted.  Frankly, I think we will tell them to not bother at this point if they do call.  We also asked them for a quote to eventually build a patio.  They measured and said they would let us know soon thereafter and they have yet to call us back with that information. 

Everything went well.  I've been using them for a year, and I have no complaints.

Rick and Mike are always very responsive. They always show up when scheduled and work quickly and capably. I had a fancy landscaping company redo my front landscaping. Most of the plantings died; twice! So, I asked Rick to come over and see if Elite could salvage the mess. He shared his ideas on correcting the situation; we agreed on appropriate plants and things have flourished since! Looking forward to having Rick plan out the landscaping for the front of my new house! I know I can trust Elite to do a fine job for a fair price.

The prices are reasonable and they clean up beautifully.

They are very reliable and the quality of their work is very good. They are responsive and punctual as well. I have been very satisfied with their service.

Very nice crew, friendly and have attention to detail. Occasionally I will point out where there is a need for extra attention and they are quick to remedy.

Our yard needed cutting & husband wanted a company to do work. He saw company in neighbor's yard, asked them to give us an estimate. They gave a reasonable estimate & set a day to cut yard. The day they were to come it was raining; the man called the day after and said that they did not come because of the rain and would come two days later which was on a Sunday. They were even kind enough to say that if we did not want them to come on Sunday to call & they would not. They came, did an excellent job & left a bill. I told the workmen I would call and set up billing with office and they agreed. Very pleased.

I've had them for many years. They clean up very well and their work is nicely done.

I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. I'VE USED THEM FOR SEVERAL YEARS & WOULDN'T USE ANOTHER COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL & THE PRICE WAS RIGHT. THEY COME OUT ON A MONTHLY BASIS.
