Beyond all the puns that come to mind to describe the service, the technicians (or as I liked to call them, the $h!tnicians). Did not do a thorough job, requiring me to call and complain multiple times. The last one (and the last straw) came from one of them ignoring stuff on the deck two weeks in a row despite a specific request. I guess the dogs were grossed out with the lawn as they don't routinely go on the deck... :-).

Fine on weekly schedule for 2 years. Highly recommend!. The cost of $65.00 is to clean up after 1 large & 1 medium size dog.

I am recuperating from a serious illness and am not able to clean up from my dogs in the yard.  It is a huge help that DoodyCalls comes twice a week to handle this for me.  They arrive on scheduled days (other than one snow day, which is understandable), efficiently clean up, and securely latch the gate when they leave.  I appreciate their service!  I think the cost ($21 per visit/$42 per week) is a fair price,

The staff is very pleasant and quiet and thorough.

I initially called to just have a one time cleaning, but decided to get 12 weekly cleanings, at $16 a week, after that.  I have two Boston Terriers who have been trained to only do their stuff in one area of the yard.  The scooper person did a great job that first time.
They call me when they're about to arrive each week.  They bag up everything & put it in the garbage can.  I'm so glad I found them.  It makes it so much easier for me.  I would recommend them to anyone who has pets.

They are terrific. They have a good system. They clean up my yard, they are punctual and they are good. They come every week and they do a pretty thorough job. Their pricing is pretty fair. I have a big yard.

I had an appointment. I got home and nobody had come. I called and was told the local service provider cancelled due to inclement weather. There was up to one inch of snow that delayed some schools this morning. Nothing was closed; the snow has melted already. I live off of major roads and all were plowed at 7a when I left the house. I had no problem traveling 40 miles to work; safety was not an issue. I have a dinner party tonight and scheduled this service purposely today. I NEED it today. I don't appreciate the unnecessary cancellation, especially without so much as a phone call. Supposedly their policy for cancellations is to email them; I did not receive an email. I called the main number who apparently left a message for the local franchise to call me. A follow up email stated they would contact me working 24 hrs. I need this taken care of ASAP. I was so excited to find this service and am instead left in the lurch on the afternoon of a dinner party. disappointed.

*** UPDATE: I received a call from the local office. He stated cancellation emails were only sent to regularly-scheduled clients. Since this was my first service, marked as one-time only, no attempt had been made to call me. Hopefully this incident highlighted the problem and no such oversight will happen in the future. Someone did come out and cleaned up. They did a good job and charged less than was originally quoted.

They come around once a week. I’ve been using them for years. They are very good.

I have used them for about 3 years. I have 2 large dogs and they show up every week. I have received good customer service when I needed it. I have never had any problems with their clean up.

I have been using them for about a year now and have no complaints.

They are wonderful.   I have them every week to my house.  They also service my daughter, as well.  I am very happy with them.  They are punctual, thorough, and professional.  Their prices are very reasonable.

Their service is excellent.  The cost is reasonable.  They are very faithful about showing up on a weekly basis.

I have no problem with them.  I have had them for years.  They come regularly when they are supposed to.  They do a good job.  I would recommend them.
