"[Member Name Removed], I am sorry but clearly there was a miscommunication. The conversation happened after the cleaning was done. When we were done I offered for you to come and see the work that was performed and your response was "I trust the work is done" and you declined the opportunity to walk the property with me. You texted me the following day and complained about certain things that were not done. Your claims of me complaining about the place being extremely dirty is false, I never spoke badly about any of my clients. The only thing I discussed with you over the phone with you was that I cancelled another job but never once did I ever talk bad about another client's home. You requested a job that you were not willing to pay for. I was given a budget you were working with and asked me to do as much as I could/would for the amount you were paying. I advised you the baseboards were beyond cleaning and they would need to be repainted. I also tried to focus more on the inside when you wanted me to focus on the balcony because the balcony wasn't as bad as the inside. What you wanted me to clean on your refrigerator was actually rust, it was very oxidized and I also advised you that was beyond cleaning. I did not suggest "google" to you, I said there are videos on YouTube on how to remove that but its not something that's covered with what you are paying for. After the back and forth in text messages I did decide to meet you to walk the property. The cat hair that you saw wasn't there when I left. You hired me to do a move-out, yet there was still a couch there, so when you moved that couch that cat hair fell out, I wasn't hired to clean the couch either. I don't move furniture especially when I don't expect any furniture to be there. Also, both girls that were with me to clean your place are adults, not school age kids. No matter what happened and how unhappy you may have been, you had no right to kick my vacuum. That is my property and my livelihood and you had no right touching it. We don't even turn on/off those vacuums with our feet, we use our hands. I am sorry that you were not happy with the work, but I performed the job you paid for, you gave me a budget and I stayed within that budget. I am sorry but I cannot give my services away. A good practice to have is to explain what all you want and then we can come to an agreement on price, you just told me to clean based on a budget of $135.00. You wanted me to give you a special of $100 and I said that was possible but I had to see the property first, once that happened I said it had to be more, and you offered a max of $135.00 and that's the price we agreed on. I also suggested that you should have your tenant pay for the cleaning and make sure they are the ones that are responsible for your property being cleaned to perfection. Again, I am sorry the communication wasn't the best on both of our end, I wish you the very best in the future."

Thank you for your review although When we spoke over the phone it was explained that you could use the coupons of $100 or $150 and that there would be a total of four of us. Two of my crew had called in and I had to replace with another and bring my son to help me. I asked if you wanted my son to wait outside and you stated that he was ok to come in and help. I also stated that I was not charging you for my son’s assistance since he was just there to help me. I honestly thought you would be thankful with the great job that we did. I also let you know ahead of time not to use a 6 hour deal for your home because of the dirty state of your home including dogs and cat inside the home, you would have needed a deep clean. I even gave you extra time for free due to the bad state of your home and how much time we needed to clean it. It was impossible to completely wipe off all the dirt in that amount of time we had but we still did an amazing job. Thanks again for your review, we know that we did our best even though you state you are not satisfied. Thank you."
