It turned out pretty good. They have a very good tire program where they have lifetime rotation free.

It was fine. There is always room for improvement. They could always make things a lot cheaper.

Their pricing is great. They're better than anyone else.

I can get my tires switched around and everything and it's doesn't cost me anything. Most of the people know me there and greet me nicely and wave at me if I go by. If you need something, you can stop one of the workers there and ask them questions. If they don't know, they'll bring you to someone that would know. They've done pretty good and I have no problem with them. If there's something that's wrong, and I can go to one of them, and it's no problem.

Costco is one of my favorite stores. The quality, prices and service is unbeatable.

I bought the tires from them as a great price and they installed them for me. It was a good deal, they were prompt and I was very satisfied with them. I was happy with them.

I've been using Costco's tire center exclusively for all the cars in our household for over twenty years. They have a great selection, and what they don't have on hand you can order online and have shipped to the Costco location of your choosing. Their prices include road hazard insurance, mounting and balancing - and I have found their prices consistently unbeatable.
Better still, they'll perform periodic balancing and rotation for the life of the tire for no additional charge. They also fill the tires with Nitrogen, which most other providers will charge extra for (if they even offer it). You can have this service done at any Costco nationwide; your info is already in their system.

It's been awhile but I remember having a very pleasant experience purchasing tires at Costco. The staff was helpful and I got a great deal. The tires lasted until I sold my vehicle in 2012. I am very satisfied and recommend this service.

I really like their service even though you have to wait sometimes because it is first come first serve. The staff in there all seem nice. It's exclusively just doing tires, rotations and alignment and they are one of the few places that you can get nitrogen put in. Their prices were very good too.

They easy to deal with and relatively cheap. I'm a Costco member and was able to save some money on my purchase with a membership discount. So far I'm really enjoying my TV. They have great resolution.

Excellent. They opened 15 minutes early, I was second in line. They took my order, told me the car would be ready in 40 minutes. It was completed on time in a professional manner.

Only one person behind the counter taking orders, this is what slows the process down.

They now take appointments, so I would recommend you schedule an appointment, unless you don't mind waiting or having to get there early on a weekday.

I paid considerably less for these tires since Michelin had a $70.00 discount (credited to your purchase) on the already low Costco price of $114.00 per tire. Mounting and balancing was very reasonable...this is where many companies add a profit margin.

The price was reasonable. They did what they were supposed to do. It was not a complicated job. They put in the new garage door and made sure we had a good motor. They did the work quickly and easily. Everything is still fine 3 or 4 years later. We would use them again.

They are usually pretty quick, and the staff is usually pretty nice.

It went very well. I have bought tires from them several times before and there are no hidden fees. The price is upfront. I hate when you go to a tire store and they hit you with ten dollars for this and that. Before you know it you ve spent the price of another tire again. Costco has one price and ten dollars includes everything and I like it. The interaction was fine and the price of the tires was fair.

The Costco experience was fine. You go and pick it out, throw it on the truck and walk out with no help from anyone. My experience at the cash register was normal. They gave me a good price and I didn t need a lot of help.

They normally have a wide variety of flowers ready made on the floor. However, I wanted to request a special arrangement to be created. The clerks were very willing to help me with my request. The price was as expected. My flowers were ready on time and looked wonderful. They were fresh and of superior quality. I was very pleased with their service and I would order flowers from them again in the future.

Not well at all. After waiting over 2 hours I was told that Costco could not loosen the lug nuts on one wheel. I was told to take the car somewhere else to have the lug nuts removed then return. I did so, but I really should have canceled the sale and went elsewhere. After I returned it still took them over an hour to change the tires. Even then they failed to reinstall or return to me special tire pressure valve caps I had on my valve stems. This Costco has very slow workers and ones which are not customer centered. I had to twice ask for a manager in order to get a good answer. Even then the manager only responded once. I'll never use this Costco auto center again.
