The contractor damaged the siding of my townhouse.
When I contacted CMC about the issue, CMC gave me the phone number of the landscaping company and told me to contact the landscaping company directly.
I'm puzzled that CMC deflected the responsibilities that its contractor had caused damage.
I did not hire the landscaping company. My HOA due goes to CMC, and I have to do CMC's job in tracking down and reporting a complaint.
