We had a hick-up in billing, but they handled very quickly and professionally. I've enjoyed working with them.

They lacked professionalism. They had no sense of urgency at all. The audit showed that our books were in a mess. They were in charge of paying our bills, collecting our monthly assessment and handling calls for repair work. They did not always pay bills on time. We had some late fees because of their lack of doing their job right, so then they set everything up to be auto paid out of the checking account and never even were on-line to get the bills to make sure that was the right bill. When the auditor went to do the mismanagement audit between management companies, he found out that the bills were not managed right. They had charged very high price. Our basement was flooded and it flooded the water heater. We had to replace the water heaters and it cost us $29000. We had insurance and they did not file the insurance claim. I found out about it as we were getting ready to change companies because the auditor suggested that we sit down as a board with the insurance company and find out what our coverage was. I found out we were covered for that and the insurance company took a late filing. They made an exception and I collected $25000. I could have lost that much money.
