It was great. They did a great job. I think it was a good price. They are very knowledgeable. They worked really hard and accomplished what they needed to. It came out better than I expected. They even followed up to make sure I was pleased. Very professional. The workers were great, very nice.

Mark did an outstanding job cleaning the carpet in my rental house. He was very thorough and removed stains that previous carpet cleaners had left behind. Very conscientious. Would definitely hire again.

Very Pleased and Satisfied with Cleanway service. I received excellent service from Mark at Cleanway. I used other mainstream companies, like Stanley Steamer, and was very disappointed that the carpet stains re-appeared within 24 hours. Also, I was disappointed that other companies used my hot water to clean the carpet. Cleanway used their own extra hot water and automatically pre-treat the stains. It's been over a month and the stains are still gone!! I will definitely call Cleanway in the future for regular maintenance. I highly recommend this company because I wasted a lot of money with Stanley Steamers .

Mark did an awesome job. It brightened up the tiles and most importantly really cleaned up the grout. Mark also provided great advice on how to clean the tiles in the future to reduce dirt buildup. Great Job!!!

Ryan was conscientious and worked hard to remove set in stains. He wasn't completely successful but I know the treatments I previously did caused problems. Overall the carpets were clean.

The grout was noticeably cleaner thus lighter. The color of the grout, sand, was selected by the home builder, Pulte Homes. I would have chosen a lighter grout thus appearing to be cleaner. I am replacing the grout in the full basement bath and the 1st. floor powder room. I will then seal it in order to keep a lighter, cleaner appearance.

Tradesman arrived in advertised time slot and went to work immediately.
This is the second time CleanWay has performed these services and like last time cleaning was done thoroughly and
efficiently. Tasks required about three and a half hours when the areas being cleaned were out of service.
Carpets sparkled on completion.
We will use again when needed.

I meant to do a review of this fine company right after we used them, but it slipped my mind until now - since I'm getting ready to call again.
We moved into our home in early September and I wanted the entire house's carpets cleaned, including the stairs. This meant the finished basement, two sets of stairs (one with a runner), the living room, and four bedrooms. I also had them clean the upholstery on an older chenille couch.
Cleanway did a very thorough, very professional job. The carpets looked clean and fresh and the couch looked terrific. I debated about doing the couch since it wasn't cheap, but it was worth the expense. A hand-me-down couch that had seen better days came out looking almost new again. I have had experience in the past with a carpet cleaning company that had a carpet cleaner that reminded me of Rug Doctor. Cleanway hooked everything up to a big machine in the truck/van and powered everything from there, which was much more impressive.
As I said, I'll be calling very soon to schedule them to come out again because we had a recent incident where sewage backed up from our main line into a bathroom and soaked into a rug. That is gross and stressful, but I have every confidence that Cleanway will take care of things and I'll feel good about my rug again.

While setting up to clean the tile and grout in an upstairs bathroom, the hose the technician was using burst. He immediately ran to the truck to shut if off but not before it spewed black sludge on the wall and hallway carpet. The technician work diligently to clean everything up, then offered to clean the carpet in both the hallway and stairs leading up to it. He then called the owner and he offered to paint the hallway since he wasn't able to get it completely clean. That's what he did. The painter arrived the next day and painted the entire hallway the color of my choosing and the company's expense. He then came back and put on a second coat later in the week. He was so good, in fact, we used him to paint our kitchen.
This was an ugly accident but an accident nonetheless. The company, though, handled it just about as well as it could have done. Plus they did a great job cleaning the carpet and tiles. The tiles/grout in the kitchen really looked about as clean as they've ever been. Very pleased with how things played out. The company certainly made the best of a bad situation and I was very pleased with how they did it. I'd certainly use them again.

I don't remember exactly when I got this service done.
We have renters in our condo and after they left the grout in the kitchen was looking quite dirty. We found a deal with CleanWay Carpet Care for tile/grout cleaning and went for it.
The gentlemen who showed up was very professional, and offered additional information he did not have to share. You could tell he actually cared about doing his job well and was friendly. The kitchen looked much better after they left.
Definitely recommend.

All went very well. Contractor was on time, neat and polite, but, most important, he did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets, and did it very quickly. The carpets look beautiful after his work, like new. Would ask him again.

Amazing results! The floor was installed four years ago.

Ryan was punctual, polite and knowledgeable about his company's services. He carefully checked the fabric label before determining what solvent to use and completely covered the floor with tarps to prevent damage to carpets/floors. I would recommend this firm and in fact will likely consult them in the future for oriental rug cleaning.

It went great. Ryan was personable, thorough, kowledgeable and gave new life to my 30 year old sectional sofa. He worked on it for nearly 3 hours and tthe couch looks brand new. He saved me a lot of money by cleaning it so beautifully I dont have to buy a new one now.
Not only was his work impeccable, but he was so clean. I will use this service again so my first visit to Angie's List is a great success.

This was a few months ago, and I just realized I had not left a review. It couldn't have been better. Mark and Ryan worked for a few hours and the floor looked amazing. They worked neatly and efficiently. When they were finished, Mark (I think) explained how we could clean our tile floor to keep it from attracting dirt. He answered all of our questions. We will call them again.
