CENTREVILLE TV

This is now the 9th time they have promised a delivery time and failed to show. For the last two weeks they weren't returning my calls or the calls from the warranty company. The idiots at Centreville TV had told Nationwide TV Repair (Tweeter's warranty company - where I purchased the TV) that the repair was completed (to stop Nationwide from following up) and before that told them that I was hard to reach - baloney - I work from home - I'm always here and always pick up my phone or return calls ASAP. I have tried everything to get my TV Set back - I've been extremely nice about it - I even begged them to return my TV... but nothing works. Yesterday morning (June 6th) - after they failed once again to deliver on their promises - I called them and left a message that if they failed to deliver my TV by 7pm last night - I would call my attorney and exhaust every legal means to get my repaired TV back. Well 7pm came and went - no TV. But John from Centreville TV did leave a message in the afternoon - apologizing profusely - and said that the TV would arrive the next morning between 9am and 10am. At 9:30am today June 7th, I called John on his cell number (same number that he called me on yesterday - and asked when the TV would arrive. He again apologized profusely (he's good at that) and said that it would arrive this afternoon. I thanked him and hung up. I then called him back and asked him when exactly would it arrive and he said between 4pm and 5pm today (June 7th). Centreville TV keeps promising me that my TV will arrive at all different times and all different hours at GREAT inconvenience to me - But they ALWAYS fail to deliver my $5,076.70 TV! They are holding me hostage by making me stay at home on the weekends and weekdays waiting for them to deliver my TV - which they never deliver! I am unable to get errands and tasks done because of this!
