3rd time going to Casey's and I'm going to make it a 4th. Great company. Great service.

Casey's Automotive was referred to me by a friend. I was looking to have a suspension lift, new wheels, and larger tires put on my 14 Wrangler JK. I went to Casey's to speak with Brendan about how to proceed. It was busy that day but he still made time to thoroughly review what I was trying to accomplish. Brendan worked with me to determine what my goal was rather than just making blanket recommendations. He almost immediately earned my trust and the best part was that he genuinely seemed excited to do the work. I think what hooked me though was another customer than came in while I was there to drop off her car. She left and after about 15 minutes came back with a couple dozen muffins for everyone that worked there. When's the last time you took your car to get serviced at a dealership and brought everyone food? I think that speaks to the caliber of the business in general, so Brendan and I put together a plan, he gave me some homework(for wheel design etc.), we shook hands, and decided to circle back Monday. He walked me through all the choices, and made recommendations based on his experience. He never tried to upsell me or push more expensive options. I truly felt that what he suggested for the lift/wheels/tires would be something he would do for himself. Brendan was realistic about the cost(which was very competitive vs. other auto shops). Before we had finished laying out the build I already had a pen in my hand ready to sign. They took my credit card(but did not charge me a dime), order the parts, and in a week I took my Jeep in for the work Wednesday morning. I drove it home Thursday. To say I am pleased with the results would not do it justice. The Jeep looks fantastic. My kids just about popped their tops over it. Casey's has 100% earned my future business(I only went to the dealership before this). I'm already thinking about what modifications to make next, and I will absolutely be bringing it to Casey's. So a couple of things in summary about the process: 1. Everything promised was delivered on time, the estimates, the parts, and the build. 2. Brendan was in constant communication. Not once did I ever have issue getting in touch with him 3. It was a 5 star experience, stem to stern. Great job to the team at Casey's

The quality of the work has been good, and they haven't made up mechanical problems in an effort to overbill. The prices have not been the lowest you will find, but are not bad. But ever since Bill Casey, who started the business, stepped aside/sold out, this outfit has gotten unpleasant to deal with. They send out promotional "reminder" emails all the time to come in for maintenance, they never seem willing to give written estimates anymore, and rarely respond to emails or phone messages. I do routine maintenance myself, but for anything I didn't want to or couldn't tackle I used to go to Casey's because Bill was a straight shooter and fairly easy to deal with, the prices and work were OK, and they run a shuttle if you live within a few miles of the shop. Now I rarely take my cars there.

We just dropped it off and went back when it was done. The work took a couple of hours. They explained what was wrong and how they fixed it.

We love them. They're very responsive and professional. They're reasonable. They're good. We've been using them for 8 years.

They are very fair and always meet their price estimates.  They are the best automotive company I've ever dealt with.

I have been using them for years. They have always been honest and straight forward, they do not do any addition work without clearing with you and there people there who have been working for years. I feel like they are professional and honest every time, they are really flexible on scheduling.

I have been bringing my family's cars to Casey's Automotive for over 10 years.
The service is prompt, reliable and less expensive than at the dealer.
I trust them to suggest only the work that is necessary.
And the courtesy shuttle is a big plus for me.

We have a 2002 Ford Explorer XLT V8 and it was having problems shuddering and sputtering when it was running, check engine light was on, A/C wasn't functioning. I took it into Casey's and explained what was going on. They never once treated me like I was just a and quot;dumb ladyand quot; like a lot of mechanics in this area have done! They quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within 24 hours! Our SUV is running SMOOTHLY and so much better than it has in a long time! What really stood out to us, was that they told us they had anticipated needing a part, so they ordered it. They realized the part wouldn't be needed, so they sent it back and DID NOT CHARGE US! We would have never known and they could have charged us for some random miscellaneous item, but they did not. And the cost for parts vs. labor was only about $100 difference! We will be using them EXCLUSIVELY for anything my SUV needs!

Everything went smoothly. They are very knowledgeable guys. I like the fact that you just call and drop off same day. Way better experience than the dealer , at a better price.

I had a great experience at Casey's Auto, and I've already recommended them to a few of my friends. You aren't going to find a more reliable source for auto problems, and they'll be able to accommodate your every need. They are good people, that understand the stress that comes with situations like mine and many others. You can't go wrong with a family business like this, especially in Northern VA where customer service gets overlooked so often at auto shop establishments.

I had a good experience. They told me to come in whenever. I went in when it was good for me. I took my car in and they tested and let me know that my car needed some work and gave me some pricing on all of the things. They fixed a couple of the things that needed fixing and did not charge me much, I was amazed. They did a quick job and did it good too. They are very trustworthy and very honest and very upfront. They do not try to take advantage of you. I did not feel that I had been taken advantage of and I felt like I had been very well taken care of. I will definitely be going back there. They had to fix my headlights, because they had clouded over. They gave me 3 options to do so that they would pass the safety check. My headlamps looked brand new when they were done and they even washed my car and did not charge me for it.

The CV boot at the wheel was torn but since the axle assembly was the original with almost 250,000 miles, Mr. Casey suggested replacing the whole axle assembly with a rebuilt unit. I agreed especially since the difference between replacing the rubber CV boot and the rebuilt axle was relatively small. The job was done within the specified time and I have had no problems with the replaced axle 4500 miles later. His service representative called me the following week to ask if I was satisfied with the job and I said that I was definitely was. In using this shop's services over six years, I have found that they do the jobs on my old car right the first time and genuinely want the customer to be satisfied. His prices are fair, about what one can expect from the industry - don't expect big discounts, but the great advantage with Casey's is that the customer has confidence in getting what was expected. Mr. Casey himself is an honest businessman, and obviously appreciates his customers.

They overcharge for their services, make repairs without contacting you first..., do not use this company.

They are rated one of the highest in my area. They also have courteous drop off. They are located right by my office, so that worked out well. I was happy with everything. Everything went well. When I called them they were rated the highest and their prices were close to the other estimates that I received, so I went with them.

Service and timeliness are outstanding. They were recommended to us from a friend and have not disappointed.
