This property management company was unresponsive to repeated calls and letter to fix broken items on the HOA property. They paid their subcontractors and the work was not done. They didn't even respond in person when a pool emergency happened...the manager said it was too late for him to come over to turn off the water that was flooding the pool / HOA building. The list goes on and on. The owner of the company opted to keep the manager on salary in stead of replacing him w/ someone who would do the work...because he was his brother. Our HOA paid the price for it. Lets just say, they are horrible (I can think of other words, but lets keep it clean).
