Miguel is magnificent. My mom is 90 years old and she was delighted with him and his work Miguel is polite, prompt and honest, hard working and knowledgeable. I can't find anything to complain about. Will definitely be referring to my neighbors and family.

Miguel was on time in pouring rain. He brought the necessary tools. He went to work with confidence and competence, and wasted no time. His price was reasonable for the time he spent. I will not look for a handy man again - Miguel will be the only one for me.

Miguel was speedy in his responses and got out to our house quickly. Instead of just quoting some price over the phone, he took the time to see what the problem was before coming up with a canned solution. He saved us money by fixing the door instead of buying and hanging a new one. I was very impressed with his professionalism throughout the process! I highly suggest Cancun Construction for your handyman needs!

Miguel tackled a nasty job of removing two sets of bathroom faucets totally ruined by and stuck to the countertops with water deposits. The fragile tile was left intact, and he installed new fixtures. He appeared on time as agreed and was easy to work with. He is very experienced and reliable; saved us having to replace a tile countertop.

Took out old carpet in a large room and installed laminate flooring. Miguel did a great job his estimate was right on for material and labor. He ordered material four days in advance told me he would come on a certain day was there only took one day to install everything was very clean and floor looks nice .

He left the job unfinished. At first we had the wrong vent and he told me once we got the correct vent we have to call him and we did but he is unresponsive. Fixed the toilet but just keeps running. He never put the vent, did not finish the base board. He is asking for more money to finish the job. I paid him already for $800 to fix two fans and two toilets.

"First at all I never leave any unfinished job or project and I haven’t fix I have replaced 2 exhaust fans, I have been in the attic for almost 3 hours, I have replaced the water valve in one toilet, I fixed one toilet handle, I replaced 5 exterior solar lights, I fixed the main wood gate that 7 boards was loosed, I installed the gas dryer, I have ensamble the shelves rack and installed above toilet wall I tightened the toilet seat, I installed a vent grill on ceiling. But in the agreement list was the following: 1- replace 2 exhaust fans 2- instal 1 solar light 3- fix toilet handle 4- replace a water valve on one toilet 5- install a new gas Dryer The others item I did for courtesy because you insisted me to do it and now you want me to came back to do more work for the same amount?? This unfair to me. Note: To my clients that I have work for them, you know me and I never do anything that this person say about me on her comments,, but any way thank you Mrs. [Member Name Removed] for Your erroneous comment."
