The next time there was a heavy rain water was seeping in again. We had to call the landlord. I found out he wasn't licensed. We were told he was going to be able to fix the problem and it didn't get fixed. Our belongings were damaged because the basement flooded again. Our landlord had to hire new licensed contractors to fix the problem. We called the state licensing board on him. I wanted to make sure no one ran into problems with this guy.
