Bio Turf Lawn & Sprinkler Inc

Hired for installing sprinkler system for my lawn, showed them issues after the job was completed. They said someone will come next day and fix it, took the payment and been avoiding since then. No one calls back and now they stopped answering my calls. Guess once they get paid, they don't want to comeback. [UPDATE - 8/17/20 - Angie's List.] Rodney (owner) reached out after couple of days and took care of all the issues. Even replaced few sprinkler heads which were installed incorrectly in the first place, I am satisfied with the resolutions and so bumping up their rating.

My lawn service for mowing broke the main for the sprinkler system. I called Rodney and he talked me through shutting down the water from the main over the phone. While we were talking, 10 minutes into the conversation his engineer was in front of my house. His engineer had the pipe replaced in 20 minutes. this has to be the best experience I have had in years when I had a home emergency!

It has not been good. I felt like I had to beg them to perform the service. They consistently miss appointments. They promise to call back and they don't. If you don't call them they won't call you to keep you informed. I would not recommend them. They are unreliable.

It went well. They were on time and what they did they completed it in two days and so I had no issues with them.

Not only did Rodney's price beat most of the competition, but his crew did a phenomenal job paying attention to all the details most companies overlook. All the new plumbing and connection boxes were placed strategically throughout the flower beds and we could not be happier with the result.
More importantly, from what I can tell Bio Turk is more interested in establishing a relationship with its customers and not just a typical NOVA slap happy job once the first check clears. Furthermore, I will be using them for all my lawn care needs as well, fertilizer, lime, aeration, etc.

The lighting system was a splurge on our part, and it really adds the extra touch at night the house was missing. The price was great on this project as well, and so was the service. Bio Turf used all industry quality parts, and they are happy to show you the retail packaging as well for complete transparency.
To me this is one of the few companies that I have contracted that I am happy to tell my neighbors, friends and family about.

Bio Turf responded to my call the next business day. They showed up and performed the requested service on the day specified by the service technician.

I received several recommendations from neighbors which weighed heavily into my decision. They were competitive in price and stood behind their estimate that was originally given to me. The system works well.

They had two come three or four times to get the sprinklers set up so they would cover the area they were suppose to and not go on the neighbors porch.

They have done consistently a good job for us. They have also put in the new sprinkler system for us. They have been wonderful. The lawn looks terrific. The cost is good and they have been very responsive.

They do a good job, and about 6 of us in the neighborhood use him!

The work of installing the sprinkler system on the lawn was done in 2006 but there are major leaks underground, outside near the house foundation this year 2007. Contact the company several times for the repair. After 3 months, still not get this problem fixed. My neighbor also had problem getting a hold of the company too. They just dropped their service.
