Betsy Hudson

Betsy was unlike any realtor that we had worked with in the past. She took the time to sit down with us and discuss all of our desires, needs and budget and then presented us with several listings, and took us to show a few of them. We revised our list several times, and Betsy always patiently continued to help us. Because my wife and I were planning on having children, the neighborhood communities were very important to us. Betsy knew the surrounding communities extremely well, always guiding us in the right direction. When we found the home that we decided to purchase, she was a strong negotiator assisting us with taking almost $50,000 off of the original list price which was unheard of in this current market. She met with me several times before closing to allow contractors to see the property to provide estimates.
