This was the cheapest provider by $50 with good ratings on Angie's List.  I brought my car over. Waited about 1 hour for the work to be done.  Had to return twice to re-glue corner.  Took over an hour each time. Glad the repairs were included - but it should have been done correctly the first time.  I am still unsure if they did a good job or not.  The only issue that was not caused by the provider is the rain - yet it rains all the time and the work should be ok with or without rain. 

The windshield replacement went perfectly.  It took only about 75 minutes, during which I walked down the street to have lunch at Willard BBQ.  The new windshield is OEM quality and has a lifetime warranty.  The owner is probably the nicest person I have met in the auto repair business.  I recommend Auto Glass Express to anyone in the area who needs windshield repair or replacement, and other window-type work such as windows motor and sunroof repairs.

For this service it was more like what they did with a immediate return phone call on a holiday.  They called back almost instantly after sending an email query about the problem.  We scheduled for tomorrow and since they are mobile repair, they were available to my schedule, which is super.  I have used this service in the past and they were great and highly competent.  The $50 repair is for what they did for me a few years ago, not the problem I inquired about today.  Today's problem I was able to resolve due to a user error and I promptly called them back to let them know they didn't need to come out tomorrow since I was able to resolve the problem.
I highly recommend this service. They are good, quick, very responsive and highly knowledgeable.  I have only ever used them because of a stuck window which required either a fix to the window regulator system or a replacement.  In both case, things were resolved quickly.  I have never had auto glass replaced, but would certainly think about this company first, before going to one of those expensive commercial places that charge an arm and a leg.

Timely arrival to my home.  Courteous and professional.  Answered my questions. Came back promptly to re-adjust my wiper positioning, which I consider to be very professional and customer oriented.

The service provided by Auto Glass Express was fine.  The installer was professional and making an appointment was simple.    My primary complaint was that I selected this company over others based on the Angie?s coupon of $100 off my deductible.  The coupon reads  "FREE chip repairs ( Call for details). All insurance accepted. 20% Off or Up to $100 off your deductible for Windshield Replacement We have the 2012 Angie's List Excellent Service Award !"

The coupon, as stated, says you should receive one option OR another:

Option 1: 20% Off - I would have assumed this was 20% my total invoice (20% of $318.50 = $63) had I been paying for the repair out of pocket.

Option 2: Up to $100 off your deductible if filing a claim - Had my deductible been $50, then I would get $50 off; if $100, then $100 off, if $500, then $100 off.

After arguing with me and telling me ?that is not what is says? and to ?read the coupon?, they gave me only a $20 discount.   Apparently, you get 20% off your deductible.  Had my deductible been $50, then I would get $10 off; if $100, then $20 off, if $500, then $100 off.   By this logic, there is no discount for out of pocket payers.

The correct wording should be "20% off your deductible up to $100 for Windshield Replacement", but could have been clearer by simply removing the "or" from the wording "20% Off Up to $100 off your deductible for Windshield Replacement".  Although, this would still not give a discount to anyone paying out of pocket.

If I could do it over I would have selected another company, got a full quote in advance with discounts and I would have requested Mopar OEM glass (which I mistakenly assumed I was getting). 

We submitted the repair request online, the team showed up the next afternoon, and completed the work promptly and competently.  The representatives were friendly and efficient.  They explained what they were doing as they were working through the repair and showed us how poorly the previous replacement was handled.  I will definitely recommend this company to others!  (My "good" rating on responsiveness is because I thought we would receive a heads-up confirmation of the team's arrival, but I think we didn't.)

I called at 9:30am- serviceman at our house by 2pm.  Replaced windshield within the hour- efficient, good quality. Looks great.

I had a long crack on the driver's side on my windshield and needed it replaced before a 200 mile trip. Auto Glass Express came the day after I called. The workmanship looks excellent...it took about an hour. The work was done outside my townhouse. I was charged $100 less than what I was quoted from another company. All work is guaranteed.

Provider was punctual and completed the job as stated.

The folks at Auto Glass Express came out to my house twice.  The first time we thought I'd be able to repair my windshield that was cracked by a pebble.  When they determined that the crack was too extensive to repair we rescheduled for a replacement.  They arrived on time and took care of the replacement quickly. 

I called and got an estimate and scheduled repair.  The price sounded great until 1) they wouldn't
honor the Angie's LIst coupon for $100 off and only offered $25 and some
complicated reason why they wouldn't.  2) the guy broke my middle
shoulder belt.  He offered to have it replaced but I wasn't in the mood
to have him come back out in another 10 days with the part  3)  he was
about leave broken glass all over my office parking lot rather than
clean it  -   he didn't bring a broom or vacuum  - standard equipment I
would think and 4) now I discovered he left a lot of broken glass in the
bed of my truck.  oh and 5)  they charged another $160 at the site for labor which was supposed to be in the quote.
So they didn't stand behind their price,
charging another $160 on site  and left a mess in my parking lot and the
back of my truck.
I'm not impressed.  I wish I had sent him on
his way when he arrived but I was anxious to have the window fixed
before a long trip with rain etc.

They showed up on time and completed the work within the time window they provided.   I liked the fact that when I contacted them to do the work they provided low/medium/high comparisons on different glass quality and features (OE/OEM/Cheap) so I could make an educated decision on the best option.

I emailed them on a Friday to get a quote and Luigi called me back about an hour later and I was able to schedule an appointment for Saturday at my house. Eddie showed up a little early but he did call 20 minutes before showing up so that was fine. He was very professional and did a great job. I could not find any deficiencies in his work. It has been pouring rain for the last 2 days and I have not seen any leaks. It seemed a lttle expensive but I didn't do much comparison shopping so it may have been fair. Overall a very good experience.

Auto Glass Express scheduled a time in their already busy schedule to came out and replace the windshield on the same day. The price I was quoted was a little higher than what I had been quoted however Auto Glass Express included the molding around the window as well.

I was given a service window of 9-11:00am.  I asked that the service person come as close to 9am as possible since my  wife had a noon appointment and must use her car which needed two windshield chips repaired.  My auto needed the sunroof drain holes cleaned.  The service agent arrived at 12:15pm.  It took about 10 minutes to clean the 2 drain holes.  My wife had left and the windshield was not repaired.  Also, it was difficult to understand the repairman as his English was poor.

Great,  would use again.

I was very impressed and pleased with their professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service.  They were able to schedule me the day after I called.  The work was done at my house.  They were on time, explained what they would be doing and how long it would take.  They finished earlier than estimated and I've had my new windshield for almost four weeks now and have had no problems, especially since it rained the day after installation and I had to use my car.  I was afraid of leaks, but the car stayed dry.  I am extremely pleased and will definitely use them again.
