I had contacted my Home insurance company and they had contracted American Technical Services. I submitted my claim Friday night and was pleasantly surprised to get a call Saturday stating they could come out Sunday. They gave me a timeframe of between 9:30am-1pm. I got a call Ssunday morning stating they would be there between 9:30am-10am. Hassan was very professional and courteous. He examined my unit and determined that the Freon was leaking. It needed 3.5 pounds of Freon. He also replaced a couple other items he found wrong. It was a great experience overall. Another plus for this company is that they are open 7 days a week.
