Excellent and very knowledgeable. Appointment was 2-4 PM and arrived at 1:55 PM. Looking at using them for replacing existing garage door. They were even helpful in changing light build in opener. Great job!!!

quick and easy

We used them when it wasn't covered by our Sears maintenance contract.  He was very good.  They did a fine job. I would definitely give them all A's for sure.  They replaced a broken spring and coil. He also did a few little adjustments just to be nice. Really easy to work with. Thoughtful, considerate, kind and prompt.  Didn't do more than needed to be done. It was an excellent experience.  Definitely recommend them.  Straight A's all the way. It's a very old garage door and it was great that they had springs that matched that model.

The tech was courteous and helpful. However their customer service was very poor. In my situation, I called as a new customer and requested a technician to come look at my garage door which was squeaking loudly.
I was not told there would be a service call fee for someone to come to my house. I've had other contractors come by for free estimates. I take responsibility for my mistake of not asking if there would be a service call fee and whether it would be included in any repair cost or in addition to any repair cost. I would have appreciated being told that information when I initially called. When the tech arrived and gave me a quote, I thanked him and said I would check with my husband and get back to him about whether we would move forward. Then he told me about the $75 service call fee for him to come to the house whether any repairs were done or not.

With the tech waiting, I called their office to inquire about the service call fee and the person I spoke with was abrupt and rude. I asked my question and he immediately was aggressive and stated repeatedly that I definitely asked for a "service call" and there is a service call fee. I asked for clarification because I had asked for a "quote/estimate" and he became even more aggressive. He literally said "Of course there is a service call fee, we're not a charity." (!!!)
He was basically berating me and was very unprofessional and rude. I was polite and tried to explain that I would have appreciated being told about the fee ahead of time, but he kept cutting me off and it was awful.
I called back shortly after to speak with someone else and tell them how I was treated. That person apologized and I left it at that. I had the tech do the work so I wouldn't lose the $75 I would have paid for the service call fee while getting no repair done.
I paid my full bill minus a small discount. **I have no problem with the service call fee and their price was fine** However the way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable.

If you can do business with this company without dealing with that one person, you'll probably be fine. I personally won't use them again. I hope their company can improve their customer service in a way that prevents other customers from being treated the way I was.

Superbly.  Came the same day at the time he stated and was done quickly.

Having dealt with numerous contractors over the last 10 years, Aero Doors was one of the best. Extremely punctual, honest and provide great quality.

Not good. He had us put the door up and down numerous times and kept saying how cheap the door was and that it will probably always have a hiccup in going down. That his door does the same thing and you just learn to live with it. He pounded his hammer a few times and said give that a try. That will be $75 When he left I went to put the door back down and it started all over again. Called him back then he told me to try adjusting the safety eyes. And he could come back and put in a new rail but it was like no guarantees that it wouldn't do it again. But the whole time he just sounded like I was bothering him. I am very frustrated! I called back yesterday only to be told to call the next morning and they would make another appt. I don't want to waste my time on someone who really just doesn't want to fix it

I called Aero Garage Door after trying to put up our double door and it came crashing down from a broken spring. The person on the phone was very professional and scheduled someone to be out at our home within 2 hours. The repairman showed up exactly on time and was able to replace the springs. Unfortunately, our 20+ year old opener was damaged and also would either need repair or replacement. We were told our options and decided to replace the entire unit. The replacement was scheduled for the following morning. Again, the repairman showed up exactly on time and replaced the door opener. Both men that came to our home for this service were very professional and timely with the repair. We were very happy with Aero Garage Door and would definitely recommend them.

Very smoothly. The serviceman was in and out in no time.

The garage door would stop closing mid-way and randomly works sometimes. Also, it made a loud noise when the garage door is opened/closed. As the garage door doesn't close fully, I had to use the garage opener switch inside and keep pressing it until it fully closes. Tried some tips to adjust the tension on the motor side, but didn't help much. The problem was with the side pulleys which were worn out and the ball bearings had fallen off (found by the technician).
The side pulleys were replaced and it is back to normal and silent.
Overall it went well. The issue was diagnosed and fixed very quickly.

I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE PERFORMANCE THE COMPANY. FIRST THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED IT. A FEW DAYS LATER THE WHOLE DOOR CAME CRASHING DOWN. I WAS VERY UPSET. THEN THEY FIXED IT AGAIN. THEY SAID THEY USED THE WRONG SCREW!!
