I went to Advance Auto Parts to buy oil filters for my Accord and Camry. I was looking for the Purolator Classic oil filters. I was able to find a Purolator Classic oil filter for my Camry. The inventory on the internet showed multiple ones being available but I was not able to find a Purolator Classic oil filter for the Accord. I mentioned this to the checkout clerk and he went back to look fo the item. This item could not be located and my only choice was to go with the more expensive PureONE Oil filter. I asked if I could pay the Purolator Classic oil filter price for the PureONE Oil filter and the supervisor authorized it without any second thoughts. This is great customer service as it prevented me from visiting other auto parts stores to locate the said filter. I will definitely use this particular location again.
