These guys were able to come out to fix the A/C unit the next morning after I called. He showed up on-time and performed the work to fix the wiring and replace the cap. Overall, a great experience. Would highly recommend!!

Mike showed up promptly at the appointed time and replaced the compressor and coils. Mike and his coworker were professional and I was very pleased with how it turned out.

Mike came out after-hours in the middle of a heatwave when our AC would not come on. He said that he would be able to replace our 2.5 ton Lennox system with a new 3 ton Trane and we'd see a world of difference. At 8am the next morning, he and his crew performed the replacement. He took some aesthetics into account, recommending that we move the base of the unit (which we did not do). They were done in less than four hours, and the unit cools well and efficiently. We had also asked around, and are confident that we got an excellent price.

The technician, Mike, said he checked the coolant levels, but didn't say they were low. He was unable to determine why the system wasn't cooling and the air flow was restricted. He was rude and pushed to have the radiator fins on the exterior portion of the A/C unit acid washed. He strongly insinuated that this was the reason the A/C wasn't working. He charged $200 for this, saying that it was 'maintenance' and not covered by the home warranty. This was on top of the $75 service fee. This happened on a Friday. Saturday and Sunday the A/C was still under-performing, and by mid-day on Sunday it stopped cooling and working altogether. I called the phone # they provided and was told they were closed and to call back Monday. Yes, the business is called ABC 24 HOURS, but they are not open 24 hours. I then provided a review on Yelp as to this, and received a threatening phone call back from ABC 24 HOURS because of the 1-star review. So ABC was rude, extorted $200, didn't fix the problem, and was verbally threatening. The insurance company wanted to send them back, but after I told them what happened, they scheduled someone else.

I had an HVAC company in my area come out to look at the HVAC at my rental property. They had provided service before with good service but this time, they charged me to find out what was wrong and then they quoted me a price that was more than I was willing to pay. Just to get a second opinion, I asked a trusted friend for a reference (I should have done this initially) and he referred ABC 24 Hours Heating & Cooling; he said call Mike - trust me.
Well he was right. I called Mike, he immediately said provide me the address and I will go take a look no charge. He called me back after inspecting the unit and told me what was needed with a very cost effective price. Mike and I met at a Starbucks and talking with him was a pleasant experience as well as very comforting to know that I was working with a professional.
You would be missing out by not AT LEAST consulting Mike before you do anything with your HVAC system. They completed the work quickly. I will always use Mike for my rental and personal home. I will refer him to all my friends and anyone else that will listen.

Mike was very responsive and came on Sunday to see what the issue was with our air conditioner.  Mike came and fixed the air conditioner one day after the part was received.

Very polite and professional. Arrived right on schedule and completed the job in the time estimated. Easy to work with and honest.

I called the number provided and it went directly to the guy's cell phone. He showed up promptly and told me that the motor needs to be replaced. He said he carried the motor and quoted $600 to replace the motor including the cost of the motor. I asked him to go ahead. He replaced the motor and needed my help to switch the breaker on. As soon as I switched the breaker on, there was a spark and the new motor got shorted! He told me that the motor got shorted but it was manufacturer's fault and that he was going to take it back to them for replacement. I told him that it is ok and that mistakes happen and that he can bring in the new motor the next day morning. He demanded that I pay him $300 in check. I asked why? He said hee needed it for the motor and I told him since the motor was not installed, I cannot pay until the motor was installed the next day morning. He told me that it was his company policy and when I asked for his manager, he told me that he was the owner of the business and he would not replace the motor the following day unless I pay him in advance. I of course did not pay him and after calling a couple of HVAC companies found a guy who has worked with Trane heat pumps and he found the motor wired wrong. Replaced the shorted motor that this guy left in our HVAC unit and charged me $360 for a new motor and Capacitor. He was very confident and explained to me what was done wrong and got the system up and running very quickly. Please do not use this company. They lack the expertise needed to work with a HVAC system. He had once before replaced the capacitor of the outside unit for me but now I realize how much of a risk it was to work with guys who do not have adequate knowledge or experience to read the circuit diagram in the manual and do the install.

They were fast, easy to respond, and very quick. I was pleased with the service.
