It went fantastic. I booked online the night before, got an 8:00AM-10:00AM window. At 8:15AM they called to say they were still cleaning up from the night before and would be at my house closer to the end of my window and asked if I would like another call when they were close. At 10:00AM the doorbell rang, as advertised. They checked out all of the stuff and then gave me an estimate, mine to take or not. I accepted, and they moved the dresser out of my upstairs bedroom and the rest out of the garage. From doorbell to credit card swipe was 15 minutes and they were on their way.
Pat and Scott were fantastic - if only all companies called you in the window to give you a more-refined estimate.

They were prompt, they were there on time, they took everything that was left in the house, they assured me they would donate what they could, to charities and they would discard the rest that they needed to. We had a full truck of junk, and they were a little pricey. They were upfront on their pricing, but I didn't think it would take that much space, but it did.
