Excellent! They were very friendly, they did the work promptly, they came when they said they would come and they did a great job.

It went well. He replaced a washer in the hose bib and a cartridge in the shower. Everything works great. He did it for half of the estimated cost.

I called him at 7:45am on Sunday morning. He got back to me 10 minutes later and was at our house later in the morning. He came at the time promised and his manner was professional.  We were so grateful to him for coming on a Sunday morning as we had to turn off all of our water and our basement was partially flooded.  I would definitely work with him in the future and trust him to do a good job.  I highly recommend him.

Everything went excellent.  I found Your Plumber through and Angie's list search and called to get a quote over the phone for a leaking pressure regulator and to have it replaced.  Eric was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was talking about and knew what part was needed based on my description.  He was able to come out the same day and complete the project within a short time.  He also found an additional problem with a shut off valve that wasn't working properly and gave me the option to replace that for a discounted price or leave as is and only fix the problem I called for.  I had both completed and the price for both was still better than other companies phone estimates for the pressure regulator only.  He kept me informed, worked with my tenants schedule at the townhouse, and took my payment over the phone so I didn't have to be present for the repair. Would highly recommend Your Plumber and will definitely use them in the future

They fixed the outside pipe but told me the inside was a leaking water meter so fairfax water needed to come fix it. Long story short they were wrong and it wasn't the meter. Now getting them to call me back is near impossible and the one time I got a hold of the owner he said he was busy but would call me back. That hasn't happen and I've kept calling him. If you want someone who will ignore you when things go wrong and not fix their mistakes I'd use Your Plumber. If you'd rather have timeliness, and quality service I'd use anyone else.

It went ultimately well.  There was a problem with the pipe location; and, a decision had to be made to rerun all the pipes in the back wall or move out the shower floor.  There was enough room to do this, so Eric put in more 2 x 4s to accomplish this.  He also set in extra 2 x 4s next to the studs for eventual shower door placement. 
I had an issue with Lowe's getting undamaged materials for the shower ensemble.  I think it had more to do with the packing by Kohler than Lowe's.
All in all, Eric and his son Anthony were on time, courteous, and did a very good job.  They even helped me out with their truck for delivery.  They quoted what I felt was a fair quote with a final reasonable adjustment at the end when the job wound up taking an extra unexpected day of work.
I will definitely use them again for my plumbing needs.

We had trouble getting someone out in a timely manner due to the holiday weekend. However, once the weekend was over, they had us on the schedule. The tech was running late the day we scheduled, so I did call and ask to move it to the following day. They were able to comply. They were willing to still come, but it was evening hours and I have children and needed to shut things down for the night.

Called on Thursday afternoon and was able to get appoointment for the next day. I originally called for service on two toilet because one was continually running and the other was leaking from the tank. Once they inspected the first toilet, they realized that the inside tank tubing was incorrectly installed which was causing a back siphoning effect resulting in the toilet running all the time. They quickly fixed it and then asked to check all the other toilets. All toilets had the same problem so they are now fixed. Leaking tank on the second toilet had bolts that were completely eroded away (after 13 years) so they replaced those which stopped the leak. They cleaned up after themselves and were extremely professional. Good customer service and responsiveness is hard to find these days but these gentlemen have brought back my faith that it still exits. I will use them for ALL my plumbing needs going forward.

This is the third time I have used Your Plumber and I have been very happy every time. It stinks when you have to call a plumber, but Eric and his son are actually a joy to have in your house doing the work.

Called on Monday at noon, made appointment for Tuesday 9:30 to 10:00.  Plumber arrived at 10:00, advised as to work and completed the work, departing around 11:00.  Both my toilets would intermittently "run" after flushing them, and one was very slow to re-fill.  The plumber explained everything and did not waste any time and did a good job.

An absolute joy to work with Eric and Anthony.  True professionals who know their craft, come on time, get their work done, and are a pleasure to have in your home.  Exactly the experience I want when a plumber comes to my house!  I will never go to another plumber as long as these guys are available.

I love this company.  Eric (the owner) is so down to earth and friendly.  He also appears to be a great plumber.  Having received several quotes, I can personally attest that his prices are very reasonable.  While most of us don't like having to call the plumber, I actually hope I'll have the chance to see Eric again.  Thanks, Eric!
