+ -1 moreFeb 2019 - Signed a contract with VP Construction LLC after scoping job with president and CEO Karl Timothy vanVonno. Contract was for 60 days to complete porch addition, kitchen remodel, hvac replacement and refinished flooring ($100k). Oct 2019 - issued a stop work after repeated issues with county permits Jan 2020 - submitted lawsuit in Arlington circuit court Dec 17, 2020, VP Construction, LLC filed for Bankruptcy under Chapter 11. Case 20-12729 sites 10 pending lawsuits and numerous unpaid balances and subcontracts. These details can be obtained publicly through Arlington county circuit court records.
