Went for oil change. I know upselling is standard. They wanted me to get synthetic and I said no. They said it would void my warranty if I went to conventional instead of the synthetic. I made the tech repeat himself and he restated and that's what really irritated me. The car I drive states both conventional and synthetic and appropriate.
Do not buy gift cards, they essentially loose value as it has a max value attached to the certificate. Lesson learned, no more money up front, and I don't mind going elsewhere.

Claim instant oil change but had to wait about 30 minutes. Try to sell higher grade oils and additional services such as engine flush. Once started the oil change was quick and performed professionally.

I went on a Thursday morning (approx 10am). Was taken immediately. When you pull in the representative asks what you're there for then offers options. I was there for an oil change and they have a couple of oil choices (fossil oil or synthetic) and the type of service that you want (basic or full.) I opted for full service. This included a basic vehicle safety inspection and a top off of most of the fluids (a full list of the service can be viewed here: http://www.vioc.com/services/full-oil-change-service. My total time there was about 15 minutes. We used a coupon that I found in a mailing to our house. Finding a coupon for this provider is very easy (either check your mail or do an online search.) I was very happy with the service provided and the job done. We would recommend them to anyone.

They were friendly, but they do hard selling on upscale things, like a regular interval maintenance will still have a big list of some of the things they recommend to match the manufacturers recommendations. They were trying to sell things up a bit which was fine, but I thought they were a little pricey. There was no wait and they are very organized. I will probably not use them in the future because I have another mechanic that I go to.

Things went well. They really show concern with your automobile, as if it were their own. They are professional and courteous. I have used them for about two years.
