I still have to use my own bug spray & have dealt numerous bugs in the apartment! Curtis actually said that just because there are some bugs & spiders (3 or 4 in the bathroom alone!), it doesn?t mean the place is dirty - which is ridiculous. He even asked me to give him "bug samples" in a plastic bag.
Within 3 hours of giving my check & signing the contract to cancel the lease, I called asking him to hold the cancellation. He insisted he'd already processed it & wouldn't give me any information about contacting a manager. According to him, if I can't talk to anyone else, I have to pay basically 3 months rent to break the lease even though I've only been here 2 weeks & it's been a disaster.
