Robin did an amazing job of making the condo sparkle with the initial cleaning and has continued to keep it sparkling clean at the subsequent bi-weekly cleaning. And Robin is extremely punctual--we met for a walk through and estimate before the first cleaning. I was meeting Robin after driving 45 minutes from my office to the condo, and when I arrived 10 minutes before the appointment time, Robin was already waiting in the parking lot for me! I highly recommend Robin and Supreme Cleaning!

Robinette came over a asked me what I needed her the focus on.  I told her that I wanted a complete cleaning top to bottom.  Four baths needed a good scrubbing.  All the light fixtures was covered with paster dust from renovations.  She not only cleaned them all but found my light bulb storage and put in new bulbs while she had the fixtures off!  She also did an amazing job on all the baseboards and molding.

Robinette was very punctual and went straight to work and was still working when we came back home. The house smells wonderfully clean and it has lingered for days. She did a walk through with us of all the area she had cleaned. Since she did the through cleaning in two days due to scheduling problems on our part she asked that we take a closer look and make a list of any areas she might have missed so when she came back the next day and fix it.  Very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile, it is apparent that she enjoys what she does for a living and takes pride in her work.

Robinette was punctual, professional and very capable.  She helped me to organize what seemed like an impossible job to me.  I now love going into my room which can now function as an exercise room as well as storage.  I did not have the vision she did.  She worked enthusiastically until the job was done.  I recommend Robinette for all organizing tasks.

Robinette arrived promptly and got right to work.  She arrived with a cheerful smile, and it was obvious that she enjoys and takes pride in her work.  She did a very thorough cleaning job, and when she left the house it was clean and smelt fresh.  I would not hesitate to recommend this service.

Excellent attention to detail.  My home looked, smelled and felt cleaner.  Supreme Cleaning goes beyond superficial cleaning.  Every time  Robyn cleans for me, my house looks clean for weeks afterwards, rather than just a day or two with other services.  She cleans all the walls, air vents, and trim.  She will shampoo upholstery and rugs if you request.

I called and left a message around 6:30 PM on Thursday (7/11) night.
Ms. Robinette called back around 9 PM and agreed to come by at 2:00 PM on Friday to give an estimate.
I partially described what we were looking to have done.
Our upstairs has 3 bedrooms, a hallway, a full hall bath, and a master bed/bath combo (large).  I think is about 1200 sq ft
Our main level is about 1350 sq ft (foyer, living room, dining room, kitchen, family room, and 1/2 bath).  All hardwood floors.
Our basement is about 1050 sq (all carpeted).
We wanted the upstairs (hall bath, hallway, master bed & bath) and main level cleaned - about 2000 sq ft total.  We did not want the basement cleaned.
Note: my mother was the one to let her in (broken/bad English). 
Ms. Robinette arrived close to 3:15 pm (she was coming from WV - things can be unpredictable, still an hour late).  Based on the quote she provided, I do not think she understood that we did not want the basement [nor upstairs bedrooms] cleaned.  Even if she had been cleaning everything - I think her price would have been slightly high

Robin was terrific in all regards. HIGHLY recommended!
1) Returned my initial call within the hour and arrived to provide a quote the same morning.
2) Arrived on time for initial service appointment. Provided a courtesy call reminder.
3) Did an AMAZING job of cleaning the house. I'm not sure how she did all that she did in such a short period of time. Impressive. Cleaned, picked-up clutter. 
I have committed to using her service for the next three months. Will update review at end of the period. As of right now I am immensely impressed. The reviews are accurate.

I don't use a regular housekeeper but I needed some help cleaning the extensive white woodwork in our home so I called Supreme Cleaning and asked for an estimate.  Robin arrived at the agreed time and as we walked through the house talking about my needs, she took notes and asked questions to make sure she understood just how I wanted the work done.  She assured me that she would clean the house as if it were her own and told me how much she enjoys her business.  I thought her estimate was reasonable so I hired her for this "specialty" housecleaning job.
On cleaning day, Robin arrived with her own cleaning supplies.  I suffer from migraines and allergies and cannot tolerate anything that smells too strong or chemical.  The products Robin used left the house clean-smelling.  The woodwork looked great - almost like it had been re-painted!  Robin had a very efficient way of working through each room from top to bottom and she finished a big job on time.  I think it is great that Supreme Cleaning offers unbundled services like specialized cleaning projects which may be beyond the ability of normal housekeeping to maintain.  
When the work was finished, Robin walked through the house with me to show me what she had done to make sure it was as expected.  To me, this is the mark of true professionalism - pride in a job well done.  I highly recommend you try out Supreme Cleaning - perhaps for one of those cleaning or organizing projects you have been dreading.  You will be in excellent hands!

This is the second time I have used this company and was very satisfied.  I had my son and two little grandchildren living with me and the hardwood floors were scratched and the shine was in patches.  Ms. Robinette removed the scratches, cleaned and polished the floors so that they look like new.  My oven needed cleaning because of spills over a period of a year and when she finished cleaning the oven looked like it had not been used.  My bathroom was spotless; toilet tub sink were all sparkling clean.  Ms. Robinette arrived on time and after looking at my one bedroom apartment told me how much time she would need.  I came back at that time and she was finishing up.  I should add I am a batchlor and have lived in the apartment for 3 years and never had it cleaned professionally.

My family had moved I took time to just look around at the "damage" a 3 year old and 7 year old can do with toy cars and games running on the floor and against the baseboards.  I listed the things that were a must to be cleaned and left it open for Ms. Robinette to clean the "clutter" from my kitchen counters which is my "dropoff" place for whatever is in my hands when I come in.  Ms. Robinette also advised me what needed to be replaced (old kitchen rugs), plastic drink cups I seem to collect and leave on the counter etc.



Ms. Robinette cleans as if my place was her home.  I found her to be very careful around my valuable painting and statues and I will be using her services again.

Robin cleaned our house for the first time today.  She showed up on time and went straight to work.  She is very detail oriented and doesn't try to rush.  Also, she was careful with furniture and household items, unlike other services I have used in the past.  She is a professional who is passionate and proud of her work.  I would not hesitate to recommend Robin and look forward to having her come back again.

Robinette is amazing, just like her reviewers said she would be.  She quickly came to give me an estimate and really took the time to listen to all my concerns about my house.  Then, she was able to come do the work soon after the estimate.  She showed up on time and ready to work.  She has an amazing presence and joy about what she does.  She actually loves cleaning and loves to get all the other places that most house cleaners seem to miss like the nooks and crannies in doors.  I am so excited to have her come every two weeks.  She is also coming this week to organize and clean my garage.  I am very happy about that.  It will be nice to have our cars in the garage!   I feel like she has inspired me to get my house in order and has been very enthusiastic and encouraging along the way.  Hire Robinette.  You won't regret it.

I reached out to this company on 4/28/13 and never heard back. I usually do not write a review on that, but I have been encouraged by Angie's List members that I really should be providing feedback about companies that do not respond to me.

I have been using Supreme Cleaning on a regular basis for almost 3 years now.Honestly I couldn't manage to keep my home organized and comfortable without Robin.She is friendly and reliable and I feel she is worth every penny. She encourages and motivates me and takes pride in her work.

Robin was a life saver!  I was totally overwhelmed and then in came Robin with her upbeat attitude of gratitude.  She is very detail oriented and takes a lot of pride in doing things the right way.  Not only does she not cut corners but she looks for the "extras" to perfect, like cleaning the entire inside of the refrigerator and the inside of the garbage can!  After Robin cleaned my home and then continued on to organize  two huge projects; my master bedroom closet and my garage.  She is a real pro and did a fabulous job in less time than I ever would have expected.  I am so pleased and happy that I have hired her on a regular basis to come help me!

Supreme Cleaning came in and did a great job.  Since I provide my preferred cleaning products, Supreme Cleaning understood my likes and dislikes of cleaning products and the way I like my house cleaned.
She always called back the same day to see if everything was ok and if she missed something, she came back.  That is great service.

Robin shows up on time and you can tell she takes pride in her work. If there is extra work to do such as cleaning the refrigerator or doing laundry, etc. she will do it cheerfully.

She was great.  Accommodated my schedule.  Felt very comfortable leaving her alone in my home.

Robin is exceptional, and she just knows how to work even the small details. For example, Robin (without asking), put air fresheners around my place the last time she cleaned. I did not ask her to do it. She just did it. That's the kind of person she is. She just thinks about, and puts the work work, first. It is who she is. She's someone that I trust completely to clean even when I am not home, or even when I am on travel. No one else has a key to my place but her. It doesn't matter to me, though. Because, I know Robin is so dedicated to what she does and how she does it. I think anyone is blessed to have her as their cleaning person.

in f-Robinette Sandifer agreed to do housecleaning for me.She came to do an estimate and asked for half the pay that night.  My neighbor - who had insisted on helping and was paying for it - paid Robin  $193.00 in cash.  The next day, Friday June 29th, Robin came but first she  suggested I get a storage unit in order to move things out of her way - something she could have suggested I do the previous night!  She helped me move a few things but it was a hot day and my AC wasn't working.  Robin said something had come up with her adult son and that he was coming to get some money from her. Then she asked if she could have the rest of the pay for the job. Thinking we could trust her - my neighbor handed Robin the balance of the pay - in cash. It was a total of $385.  After that Robin stood around fanning herself and then started saying she wanted to leave early and come back another time.  I had made it quite clear that I had only accepted the housecleaning help because of a visitor coming Monday evening. I reiterated that it would HAVE to be Sunday or Monday. Robin then left - not having started any cleaning at all - period. She did not return Sunday or Monday. That was Monday July 2nd.  Robin also did not return phone calls. Another week went by and basically Robin had taken the money and run!  It wasn't until July 11th and after 2 different people called leaving perfectly reasonable messages to her indicating that she should return the money for the job she never did - that she pulled up next to me at a traffic light and was yelling at me just because she had gotten those 2 messages. She said I don't appreciate you having people call and try to intimidate me.  The 2 people were the neighbor who had paid Robin and my brother. I was there when they made the calls and they were not threatening at all  -  just her to do the job or return the money - which really should go without needing to be said! Then a few nights later on Sunday the 15th of July at about 10:30 pm Robin Sandifer came banging on my door. Upon opening the door she was raising her voice and though I repeatedly asked her to lower her voice - she kept yelling. I stepped outside I tried to reason with her and finally gave up and turned to go back into my condo and she pushed me!  I called the police as she continued raising a ruckus in front of my door.  When the police questioned her she lied and told them that I had pushed her! To date she has never done the first bit of cleaning and has not returned the money to the person that paid her.   I call that a thief.Then on top of that she has been calling people lying about me - telling gross lies to important authorities even!  Like that I had no bathroom or shower - trying to get me in trouble!So she has stolen money, lied about me and assaulted me.  I want very much for the public to know this about Robin Sandifer.

Robin Sandifer was patient and professional and respected the fact that some of the decisions about whether to save, donate or toss were emotional. She kept me moving, interceded when I got stuck, and broke the job down into bite-sized chunks so I wasn't overwhelmed. While I made decisions, sorted and filed, she cleaned, dusted and organized behind me so that the place looked great afterwards. I thought we would need 15 hours at least to do the work, instead it only took an afternoon. She was tactful, upbeat and encouraging.  It's clear Robin takes a great deal of pleasure and pride in helping her clients to succeed and her enthusiasm was contagious.
