If you’re looking for the best price for poor quality, you’ve come to the right place. Was told they could stain hardwood floors for our stairs at a 90% match to our laminate flooring. First results were 20% match if that, don’t know, too hard to calculate that low. They threw a fit when we demanded they redo them. After second attempt, the poor sanding job was 100% visible as if these hardwood steps had been used and scuffed for 50 years. Now matched maybe 69%, but here I am left with cheaper pricing on flooring that looks as if it needs to be restored from generations of use. Pay a slightly higher price and go somewhere else. We also will be taking them to small claims court

Initially, it looked terrific.  Six months later, we found cracks in the stone floor and contacted Jason, the owner.  We spoke to the distributor of the stone at Mosaic Tile in Chantilly who said that stone should not crack and if it does, it's an indication that the subfloor wasn't laid correctly.  When Jason pulled up the subfloor, we saw that he had put down "pieces" of Duroc, didn't lay full slabs of it but put pieces that you would normally discard and this is where the cracks were coming from.  In addition, his crew used drywall screws rather than flooring screws and some of them were not nailed in all the way.  So, he would not replace the subfloor but instead replaced only the 20 tiles that were cracked,  So, feeling we had no recourse, we accepted this.  Long story short, six months later, we found NEW cracks in the floor and another dozen tiles were affected.   When I contacted him in April 2014, he said he was so busy he couldn't come out until NOVEMBER.  When I suggested that this was unsatisfactory, he wouldn't return my emails or calls.  So, we took him to Small Claims Court in Loudoun County.  
This is an unethical company.  My recommendation is to look elsewhere.
