Russell did an excellent job.  As said before his work is meticiulous and his workers are very hard working guys who stayed with the job and finished within a week. They put in my floors and molding  (which I heard from others were difficult ones to work with) perfectly and months later I have no squeaks, popped nails or found mistakes.  He never let anyone down that has used his varied services. 

I live in a buidling with a manager and a board  who are very difficult to deal with and very unprofessional.   Many vendors will not come to my building because of her late arrivals and sometime the loading dock is available and sometimes not at all because she does not show up nor does the maintenance man. The window of opportunity is small.   Russell worked around both of them when he could have walked out.  When I said he personalized the job I mean he was helpful to my needs and went above and beyond to make it work for me.  He also has sketched out more work I want done with a price that is certainly fair.  I have that to look forward to.
He loves what he does and so do I

They are prompt and reliable, and the work that they do is very good. They practice one job at a time, and once they get started, they stay on schedule. It?s not that they are running around doing a lot of things. They are clean, and when they are doing their work, they vacuum up and take their materials out. When they say they are going to do something, they do it. They are good at making recommendations. It is pleasant doing work with them.
