PRETTY NEGATIVE. CHARGED A MASTER PLUMBER'S RATE FOR OVER 8 HOURS, EVEN THOUGH THE JOB DID NOT REQUIRE A CONSTANT MASTER PLUMBER. ALTHOUGH THE PIPE WAS JUST ABOVE THE DOWNSTAIRS ROOM, HE RUINED THE PORCELAIN IN THE BATHTUB ABOVE AND DIDN'T SAY A WORD. I DIDN'T NOTICE IT UNTIL AFTER I PAID HIM.
