I hired them to finish (block, tape, mud, sand) about 80 sheets of drywall in my basement. They did a good job and the price was reasonable. I would hire this company again and I recommend them.

Wonderful to work with. Easy to work and talk with. Did everything possible to do the work right. Made corrections as necessary with ease. Highly recommend Robert, Joe, Pablo and crew.

AWESOME company! Trish, Robert, Jami, Patty, Joe, Pablo and Carlos are the nicest group of people that I have had the pleasure to meet. Very professional and polite. Their work is outstanding, clean up everyday and very respectful to my home and everything in it. Option 1Construction treated me like Family and are very reasonably priced, I didn't feel like they were all about the all mighty $. Which was so refreshing in these times!!!! My kitchen looks fabulous and I couldn't be more happy. Unfortunately, during the project I lost my Aunt and the guys were so sympathetic after watching me have my breakdown (sorry) they were genuinely concerned.Option 1 Construction even surprised me with the most beautiful arrangement of flowers several days later. I was like.... Who does that? Option 1 Construction does, they genuinely care about their customers and I look forward to working with them in the future, as I prepare to get my home ready to put on the market for sale. They responded immediately, I received a timely and reasonable estimate and they started the work immediately. The two carpenters that did the work were the real deal and they kept the job site up nicely and the Owner's stayed in touch and checked in on the work. A well run general contractor that I would recommend.

I contacted Option 1 Construction after another company stood me up twice. I only had a couple days left to make a ceiling repair on a home that I had on the market. Robert w/ Option 1 came out on a Friday and schedule the repair for the following Monday. He understood the rush to get the job finished and he was professional and personable. I definitely recommend Option 1 and would give 10 stars if possible. A big thank you to Pat, who answers Robert's business phone and gets you scheduled for an estimate. In Pat's words " you need the job done now we will do it now"

They have worked for me for years, I have always been happy for the work and the money, they were able to meet an extremely short timeline when a contractor I had already hired backed out. they even finished ahead of time.

I Greatly enjoyed working with Robert up until the walkthrough inspection. Project: walling off a 12x12 2nd floor retreat (framing, drywall) Robert's team: very nice and courteous. Timeline: Ran over 1 day Price: fair even though the door, and hardware was oddly not included craftsmanship issues: the crown molding did not line up correctly on either side, new wall was not inline with the floorboards, hardware did not match, gap on 1 shoe molding side. Is there a new wall? Yes, but the above lack of attention to detail did bother me enough not to use Option 1 for any upcoming projects

I had high expectations for the services Option 1 provided, and they definitely did not disappoint me. I have many friends who are home owners and/or realtors and I have already recommended this company to them. Option 1 will be doing our future home improvement remodels.
