Keda listened to every aspect of our brief and delivered exactly what we wanted! We are so happy with the landscape lighting to the front and side of our house and will return in the future. It went great! Extremely pleased. The guys arrived on time, put up 9 lights, installed operation box, and even removed a lot of branches that were blocking lights. Now, it truly looks beautiful at night with the light through the leaves. It will be even brighter when the leaves fall. The whole job was perfect. The guys were very professional. I highly recommend them. They are great!

We bought a fairly new home and with the exception of two lights on the garage and one at the front door, no real outside lighting. We chose to go with Neupen Lighting because of the positive online reviews they’ve received along with competitive pricing. A little more than a week ago they installed 4 low voltage led lights to illuminate columns on the front of the house, a flood light above a front awning, 2 lights onto both sides of the house, and a timer/control box inside the garage. We are happy with the aesthetically pleasing appearance; that the lights are not overpowering especially the side lights that provide a floodlight effect but again, aren’t overpowering; and we’re especially pleased with the added sense of security this provides. We were impressed with Nupen’s workers who showed up on time; went about their job and even though it was lightly raining, finished with no issues; and finally, I was especially pleased that they were able to add two additional lights that I originally hadn’t ordered. We have no reservations about recommending Nupen.

A++ isn't enough for their quality of work, price and most of all customer service ...we have used them twice now and highly recommend nupen!!!

I seriously can't believe that this company gets high ratings and recommendations from Angie's list. I called THREE times to request an estimate on my work. In each instance a person (maybe at a call center?) took my information and assured me that I would hear back from the company "shortly." On the third occasion the individual that took my call promised that I would hear back within a few hours. NOTHING happened. No call. No email. NOTHING! The worst customer service I have ever experienced from Angie's or anywhere else for that matter. I STRONGLY urge you NOT to do business with this company. They clearly don't have any respect for customers.

I really wanted to use Nupen Lighting based upon the positive Angie's List reviews. I made several attempts to contact Nupen Lighting to have them come to my home to provide an estimate for landscape lighting. First, I submitted a request on their website but did not receive a call back. The second attempt was a phone call. I was connected to what seemed to be an answering service that took my phone number and address and promised a return call from a designer. I never received the call back. I called again and a person from Nupen answered the phone this time. They took my personal information again and scheduled an appointment at my home for noon on Saturday. No body showed up. I called them 30 minutes after the scheduled time. I again received the answering service that promised that someone would call me back. No body called. At this point I must move on to another contractor.

Our experience with Nupen was wonderful! They were timely, professional and trustworthy. Keda is a true artist and his work is beautiful! Our lighting is so beautiful and so much more than we ever imagined! We recommend Nupen highly to our family and friends!

This was the best experience I've had with a company. I scheduled an appointment with Nupen Lighting for 06 June 2018 . Keda was very punctual and very knowledgeable and mapped out where the placement of lights need to go to highlight the peeks of my home's roof line,and suggested a different placement for a security light. after consideration, I schedule for them to install the lights on 29 June and although there was some confusions, Walter and Keda were very understanding and accommodation and took care of any issues without any hesitation and even after the installation, they sent someone back out to relocate the junction box. overall,tThey are very friendly, and their pricing is very reasonable and the project was completed in a few hours!! I will most defiantly hire Nupen Lighting again. FYI: The first night after the installation, we've received complements from multiple neighbors, check-out the before and after photos. Wonderful job, thank you!

AWESOME WORK and TRULY SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!  Keda and his guys did exceptional work.  My wife and I are VERY pleased with the results: it enhances the natural beauty of the front of our house and the moon lights in the back provide just the right effect of enough light to see, but not so much that you feel like you're under spotlights. The BEST PART is that they put up a demo set of lights so that we could see the effect of the proposed lights BEFORE we paid!  Not too many other companies do that. In addition to the install (which went flawlessly), they agreed to two extra small jobs which were light related, both of which required the use of special tools which they had.  I am SO GLAD to have this work done and the effect is spectacular!        RUN, do not WALK to get these guys to put up some professional lighting on your house and in your yard!

Amazing estimate, even better installation and customer service... Nupen beat everyone I met with, regarding ideas and pricing and they’re a must use looking for outdoor lighting!

Project turned out really well. Had them install a total of eight lights, with two on either side of front stoop, two on a dogwood tree, two aiming at the house, and two above the garage. They placed the transformer inside the garage, so everything is nice and clean looking. The lights above the garage look great! Amazing what a difference it makes. Driving around the community I live in, you rarely see people who have had landscape lighting installed, but when they do, it really stands out. Highly recommend them, will work with them again in future.

The owner was very professional. His staff was very knowledgeable. As a Military Veteran, my expectactions were exceeded. I had (3) estimates and this company had good reviews and the pricing was very competitive. They were very punctial with scheduling, and they arrived on time. I'd recommend to any/all my Military and Government colleagues. I have another project, as I will have this top notch Company perform next year with my other property in Great Falls.

What a great experience. Keda has such a good eye for design. He came up with a plan for the front design of my home including path lighting, uplighting, and moon lighting. My house went from zero to hero in a few hours. Excited to do the backyard next.

Could not have gone better. On time, professional, courteous, friendly. I could go on and on. I wish all contractors possessed Nupen's quality of service. The representative was knowlegeable and enthusiastic about his job. He offered suggestions for improving our lighting set up, and when they came to do the job, he replaced bulbs that I didn't even realize had burned out. Free of charge. We'll be calling them in the spring for additional work.

Absolutely awesome! Appointment to describe project was set up quickly. Keda arrived promptly and quickly understood what we wanted. He made very good suggestions -- his philosophy is "less is more". We thought we needed more lights but his opinion was to do less and then if we wanted more, they would come back to add more. Keda, the ultimate professional, was right! The installation was quick and very professional. The team left everything cleaner than they found it! We are extremely happy with our lights!

Very well. Communication is key and they performed well in this area. The were very thorough and made sure all questions were answered. The install went as planned and there was one addition I made a week later and they were able to handle this with nothing but professionalism.

The entire experience with Keda and team was wonderful. The customer service was excellent - starting with our first call to Walter, to the appointment with Keda, and all the way through to the installation. Keda is very professional and knowledgeable. He had great ideas and was able to work within our budget. The lighting on our house is soft and beautiful and I am extremely pleased that we selected this company.

Excellent: Keda Nupen, owner, was prompt, polite and knowledgeable and offered several options for attacking the job. Keda sought my input on placement of lights and gave me a variety of suggestions, explaining how each suggestion would look. When I was hesitant about putting a light high in a tree, Keda offered to put it in, let me live with it for a while and if I didn't like it, he'd remove it at no additional cost. It turned out that I very much like it and kept it. Another thing I like is Keda guarantees everything for one year; so, if a bulb goes out or if there are any other problems, he will come out with no additional charge.

We just wanted to thank you Keda and your team for the wonderful job you did for the outside lighting of our home. The work has far exceeded our expectation.  The lighting around the house is absolutely beautiful – it is subtle, soft, and yet it hits the right edges of the house, trees, pool, patio in such a perfect way.

Keda is extremely talented; designed and executed beautiful plan, explained the various type of lighting, the best placement and positioning of lights, and was very accommodating until we agreed on the final placement of each light.  The installers did a great job, they were so meticulous, detail-oriented, and were very respectful of our home, landscape, lawn and property. They cleaned up after themselves after each installation without having to ask them to do so. We were extremely pleased with the results.  When we lit our house for the first time, it was truly Magical.

We got so many compliments about the lighting from neighbors and several friends, who cannot believe what difference it makes.  The house not only has the curb appeal and the decorative lighting effect that enhances the appearance of our home but it is also adequately lit to aid in the security of our property.
