Stopped using them after 20 years - charged me over $400/Hr for a simple plumbing snake job

Workers repeatedly left my back yard gate standing wide open after numerous calls stressing the importance of securely fastening the latches. As a result, my dog escaped several times. 

I now have a new puppy who has already gotten loose at least three times this spring because of the gate being left open. Once the dog was almost hit by a car. Last week the bungee cord reinforcing the gate was left on my lawn, severed by the mowing equipment. The result of this was my having to chase a 7 month pup through the woods at 10 o'clock at night.

None of my phone calls were ever returned. No apologies were ever made. After multiple years of mediocre service, I have finally fired this provider.

 

Very good work on regular lawn maintenance. Quick to get the street plowed when we have snow.

on the day that I called Mark came out to provide an estimate. He promptly provided the estimate. He began the next week with the first spraying, sprayed again in a week, and then layed the mulch about a week later. It is beautiful. I am very happy with the work and would highly recommend his services.

Everyone I have referred Nugent Services to has called back and thanked me. They just do a great job, on time they do the chemicals- he is very "green friendly" and keeps that in mind when it comes time for the various stuff that is needed to make my front yard look like a golf course.

I was having some pictures taking for my engagement in my back yard and I called him on less than a days notice to cut my grass, and it was done by the time the photographer arrived. It wasn't scheduled even. He can also do the snow in the winter if you would like. He is absolutely friendly. I really like him. He does what I ask him too. If I have an emergency, there he is.
