I am very pleased with them. They do both installation and monitoring of your system. Sometimes when you call them you will get a cell number to call and you have to call that number to reach them. They were highly recommended to me by a company that sells the alarm systems. They are very  knowledgable and prior to them coming out I contacted ADT and installed and I had 30 days to review it. So when this company came out they will put in a universal equipment so you can use it with anyone. ADT has its own equipment so you have to use ADT. When ADT came out they ended up cutting some of the wires so when Nighthawk came in saw that ADT cut my fire alarm in the whole  building so they had to reinstall that wire. They are very reasonable in their prices. They know anything you want to know about security and they also offer the lowest monitoring rate.
