They cleaned the gutters and left no trace they had done the job. They listened to some issues I had noticed and resolved them to my satisfaction. They were great.

I needed a company that would do a 3 story townhouse and they were the only ones that answered and said they could do it. They told me upfont that considering they needed to use a 40" ladder that the additional cost would be $20, which I had no problem paying. I picked a day, they came out while I was at work, did the job and left a hang tag on my front door. I was able to pay via the address for the internet provided on the hang tag. Would I use them again, YES, DEFINITELY!

Everything went great. I live in a townhouse, and have a 3 story front, so a longer ladder is needed. Most of the companies I called could not do it, but Maple Leaf said yes. They charge a little bit more for having to use the longer ladder, but it was well worth it. Did not need to be home, and they left the invoice hanging on my front door handle.

Our family used this provider in the past several times.  In the past, we appreciated their pricing, honesty, and report of any problems they found.  Then all of a sudden, the company changed.  This fall, they wanted to double the price for a pre-existing customer (that they say they will not do) because of the material that our roof is made out of (which by the way has not changed since we last used, or ever during their visits).  They wanted to charge nearly double for a small townhouse roof because they determined that they could not walk over the roof to save their company time and had to carry ladders a few feet around the townhouse (something they had always done in the past anyway).  Their visits have always been less than 15 minutes, so we complained and asked why.  They offered to give us the old price back for one visit and then walked across our roof while we were home! Then when we complained that they violated their company policy to not walk on our roof and still spent the same amount of time the individual who responded in writing, mind you, says it is "human nature because their employees work on commission" and they are "sure" that since the employee was a roofer that even though he violated their policy he did a complete job and knew what he was doing. BEWARE if you have anything other than an asphalt roof or live in a house...they will try to charge you double.  We feel that they should have offered a full refund for violating their company's policy and threatening to charge double for our next visit.  Particularly since our neighbors have people who do the work for much less.  Guess they don't care about retaining customers and all work on commission from customer service to their workers.

Maple Leaf put new gutters on my house nearly 15 years ago and I've been with them since for minor repairs and annual cleaning and inspections. 
I've always been very happy with the job that they do. 
There were a number of times over the years that I seemed to "drop off" their service list and I had to reach out to them and say "you forgot about me... again," but it's always been resolved to my satisfaction, but I've got to give them a B for responsiveness for that reason.
I have no problem recommending them to my friends and neighbors, and in fact have done so many times over the years.

They provide superior service. Their crew members are professional and always knock on the door before starting the service. Their service is excellent. Ryan, the owner, is very polite and quick to respond to emails. This last time, they had promised me to perform the service by the end of the day on 12/20/2014. It was a Saturday, and by mid-day, they were not at my property, so told myself, they are not going to make it. However, they proved me wrong. They showed up just before sunset and finished the job. Maple Leaf keeps its promise!!! Quality service!!!

The cost is $209 for each cleaning for a large house. It is a very tall house too because it has high ceilings on three levels. It is simple to use. They e-mail you when their next service is coming up, then, you pre-pay, and then, they come. They always do come even if you pre-pay. The reason they do pre-payment is because people would forget to cancel the contract when they moved. So, they would go and clean somebody's gutters, but they did not live there anymore and the new owner had not been contracted for it.

Very punctual and did a very good, thorough job. The scheduling and payment systems worked very well. I would use them again!

Our gutters were overflowing during the heavy rains earlier this summer so I called Maple Leaf based on their excellent reviews. By the time I called they had many appointments ahead of me but their service was worth the wait. They quickly cleared the gutters on my 2-story house and cleaned up all the mess. Their price was exactly what they said it would be. It's pouring rain now and the gutters are working just fine. Maple Leaf will be my choice for future gutter cleaning.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I e-mailed them a few pictures to let them know what has to be done, the time frame I need it done and the price I am willing to pay and they responded promptly (by e-mail) and our gutters were cleaned and fixed quickly and perfectly. The area around our house was cleaned up and the worker showed me pictures he had taken on his phone of 2 problem areas. I liked the whole interaction. No phone call was needed, no sales pressure, no change in price after the job was done. They just answered my e-mail, showed up with beautiful Maple Leaf sweatshirts and did the job I asked them to do (and more). The next business day their office e-mailed me an invoice with the previously agreed price. There were no surprises. Job well done.

I called Maple Leaf a few weeks ago (right before one of the snow storms) and they promised to put me on the list for gutter cleaning. The receptionist explained that due to the snow, they were running a bit behind. On Wednesday, they showed up and did a great job with the gutters. They kept the deck area under the roof clean and had no problems with my super high roof (we are situated on a steep hill and many gutter cleaners will not work on our house).

The service is especially nice after the leaves have finished falling but before winter hits. Helps prevent ice dams on the roof.

Appointment was easy to set up. One of their teams came whilst we were out and cleaned the gutters. They left a note to say the rear gutter needed replacement. We contacted the company about this but they don't do gutter replacement themselves so we had to find another contractor.

Requested an appointment online one evening. I received an immediate acknowledgement of my request via email, but no appointment time. Cleaners showed up around 9am the next morning, with no heads up. A+ for timeliness; D for communication. Thankfully I was home at the time they showed up. Guys seemed to do a good job and were in and out in about 30 mins. They also hammered my gutters back in; a couple spots had separated from the house slightly. Glad that they were able to spot this problem on their own and correct it. I'm sure I could find someone cheaper, but these guys seemed to do a good job.

Very prompt and efficient. We were out when the gutters were cleaned and arrived home to find clean gutters and a nicely swept sidewalk.

They are extremely professional. They do their work on a seasonal basis. They wait until the work needs to be done. They do a really good job. They can also point out things that need to be fixed.
