Live Lawn and Prosper

What happened????? Service with LLAP started out great, had a few companies come out for an estimate on Lawn Treatment, Weed/Mulching and building a little area around my new AC Unit. Most of the companies prices were around the same for lawn Treatments and mulching but LLAP was by far the cheapest for area around the AC unit. I signed up in the middle of March, the first lawn treatment didn't happen until the first week in April, the first thing I noticed was the sign on the lawn said TruGreen had been out. When I asked about that I was told they partner with them. (This is something that should have been disclosed prior to signing up). The area around my AC unit finally got done around the 2nd week in April and it looked pretty nice, but there was a lot of dirt/missing grass around the border. When I asked if they could come out and put some sod down, I was basically told I should just go buy my own grass seed. In May I emailed LLAP as I hadn't received a bill for April or May and I was starting to see all these mini weeds growing up everywhere. I was told they forgot about the bill and sent me one, they also said I should grab some roundup and go spray the mini weeds. (wasn't I paying for a lawncare service so I don't need to worry about weeds?) In late June I emailed as I hadn't seen TruGreen out to spray, I was told they only come out for 5 treatments for 8 months, so I was ok with that. Finally waiting all July, TruGreen still didn't come out and spray and I had also not received a bill for June and July, I decided to cancel my service. I don't know what happened, LLAP had great reviews and was really responsive at first and it went down hill. Now I'm stuck 3/4 of the way through the summer dealing with weeds all over my grass myself.

The front yard of my townhouse was an unsightly patch of weeds, rocks, and odd pieces of grass, and, after doing research on local landscaping and lawn companies, I found Live Lawn and Prosper. It was easy to communicate and schedule with Daniel, and he sent a proposal with a very reasonable quote in advance. Daniel and his company dug up the front yard, put down some high quality sod and mulch, and made it look amazing. He's very knowledgeable and thorough, and I will definitely recommend him to others.

Daniel provided lawn services for me over the summer and did a great job. Before the snow storm I contacted him to see if he did snow removal. He said that he did and I asked him to put me on his list. Of course the storm was much bigger so projected response times were impacted. Daniel and I communicated on a daily basis and I pushed the service out a few days since our street had not been plowed. Daniel showed up yesterday and knocked it. He is very responsive with quality work and fair pricing. I would recommend.
