I canceled my membership about 6 months ago. The reason I canceled it is because their business practice seems like they are trying to lock you in and it seems like you are on this payment plan that you can't change or get out of. No matter what you do they are trying to sell you this membership, versus trying to sell you the benefits of the club -- being healthy or working out. It is like a car dealership versus a fitness club. Most of my friends have switched. The membership fee was for access to basic amenities. The best part about it is the sheer size of it and the accessibility. The worst thing is the amount of people that are there and the mentality of the staff trying to sell you something. I think the whole sales mentality is too strong.

It was spacious, it was well staffed, it was very friendly and courteous. Their pool facilities were very good, very clean and they are very kid friendly and an excellent kids' club. They have kids' classes and things like that. It is a little pricey and higher in winter. The communication was okay when it came to things like, there was a weakness in communication when there was going to be a closing so we scheduled some things and we many times wouldn't find out until we actually went. That was the only time when the communication is not as good as it should be. The people that worked at all the desks and help desks were good and if there were any admin situations they were very helpful and responsive.

Life Time Fitness Centreville is a good organization but they're just expensive. They are well maintained, it was always clean, and they cater to a more upscale clientele. They are open 24/7 and comes with tons of equipment. It's nice to go in the middle of the night if you wanted to. The downside is that they remodel all the time and would shut down the gym for a week. They would replace perfectly good tile which drives up the cost. After they have open houses to drive up memberships it would get really crowded.

I had a good experience with them. They have a nice price and they have a large gym so it gives a lot of space to work out.

I'm a new member. My husband has been going for a few years. I really like them. I like the classes, the gym is very well cast. It's very atheistically pleasing, very pretty, but it's also very efficient. They have tons of equipment. It's a bit pricier than some of the cheaper ones but you do feel pretty good when you are in there. You get what you pay for.

I like their members advantage club, and the discounts they give members. I also like that they are open 24/7, and the gym equipment is nice.

They are pretty well full featured and they have everything that we really need. We would recommend them. Their price is a little high but we got in early and have about a 25 percent discount so the prices creep up but not as high as new members. It is clean. We've had some dealings with the staff but ordinarily we just do our own thing.

I don't use them anymore, but I had used them for about a year. I liked them. When one joins, they get free personal training sessions. It was always very clean. The machines were always working and the fitness classes were great. Everything was great. I would use them again in the future.

I go here frequently because it's relaxing. You can get a free week pass if you like.

They are very good but the only problem with them is that they are much crowed in the evening. The facility is beautiful, large with a swimming pool, a lad pool more defined for the kids, a waterside, a sauna and couple of hot tubs. It is reasonably priced. The facility is of two floors with fitness classes and surroundings always kept very clean. They stay up with the latest artifacts. There are personal trainers on the floor, who answers all questions. They do have a lot of cardio equipment and wide windows with ample ventilation. They are open 24 hours and close only on important holidays. Their parking facility is good except the peek hours. They have a website for easy access of details and they do have a helpdesk for any queries or complaints to which they respond well. Overall it's a very good experience.

The staff is great, and the facilities are beautiful and comprehensive. There's no wait for equipment, and the pool, sauna, and jacuzzi are all first class. Locker rooms are clean and supplied with everything from hair dryers to water extractors for bathing suits. The personal trainer is doing a great job in getting us into better shape but does not over work us. My wife and I love this place!

I WAS PLEASED WITH THE OVERALL RESULTS, THOUGH I DID NOT MEET MY GOALS. 90% OF THAT IS MY FAULT AS I DID NOT FOLLOW THE DIET PLAN. THE TRAINING PROVIDED GUIDANCE THAT I NEEDED TO FOLLOW UP ON MY OWN. I JUST WISH I COULD HAVE CONDENSED THE KNOWLEDGE INTO FEWER SESSIONS.
