This company was a professional referral from a realtor (brother of realtor who sold one of our former homes). Written bid was similar to other bids, so we opted to select this company due to referral. Work was completed in one day, which was surprising since it involved significant landscaping (planting 25+ plants and shrubs, mulch, digging holes for rose garden). Work was paid for the work at the end of the day without closely inpsecting their work. In summary, everything related to their final work product was less than adequate and communication with the owner, Chris Brodie, has been simply awful.

This is a case of complete the work as fast as possible, request payment as fast as possible, leave and don't look back. During the bid process, he claimed he would warranty all the work but I never required him to put the warranty in writing. My mistake. Of course, now that more than 1/2 of his plantings have died and and several of the plants were placed in the gound without proper soil or thought about placement, he now claims he never offered a warranty.

I could go on an on, but I'll save my energy. Please beware of this guys bids and inspect all work VERY closely before making final payment. He will do everything he can to get payment before you have time to fully inspect. Bad experience all around.
