Things always go well with David Perez. He is a Jack of All Trades. There is no job that he hasn't been able to do and the quality and workmanship are excellent and his professionalism outstanding. Amount the things he has done for me-built a high quality fence, major plumbing and tile work in the bathroom, painting inside and out, put in new doors, and did major electrical work for a room renovation. Besides this, he is a nice and honest guy and supervises his employees very closely. I highly recommend him.
